I've been a customer for a few months. When I first got my account I didn't realize that they put a hold on larger checks, but I went in the branch and they were able to quickly get the hold removed. I've went in a few times since and the staff is always super helpful.

HORRIBLE bank. as you can see from the reviews. I had a significant check from an insurance company, issued from US Bank. I spoke with corporate over the phone to make sure that I could go to my local branch and get at least 10k or something in cash that day. They (Corporate) stated that I could do that and get the rest of the balance on a cashiers check. They also tried to contact this branch while we were on the phone, at least twice, and no one answered. When I went into their moldy, urine smelling lobby, I was treated like garbage and as though my valid check, from a billion dollar insurance company, was worthless. Jenna Weiss, the manager was snide and rude. Corporate said the she, as the manager, had the authority to decide whether or not to take the action laid out above. She came out of her office with a poor attitude and told me that she couldn't do it and my best bet is to just go to my bank. I asked for her information so I can file a complaint with corporate for her attitude, she rudely handed me her card and walked off.Completely incompetent bank all around, as I called corporate, again, and a branch in St. Cloud to find out that doing a partial cashing of a check and issuing a cashiers check for the balance; is only available for members. So I was misled/informed into this horrible service and experience, to begin with. Just highlighting their incompetence. If you're like me and the many others reviewing their poor experiences here, make sure you call corporate and file a formal complaint against the branch/manager. That will have more impact than review alone.

Worst bank in town employees have no knowledge on banking and act like it's a hassle for them to take my money to pay my mortgage. Takes 20 minutes to do a simple transaction would rate zero if possible I kick myself every month I didn't refinance when interest rates were 2% with another bank.

The worst bank experience. The chick with the dark long curly hair is the most rude employee I've ever encountered under any circumstances at any store. She wasn't only being rude to me but all the customers, literally yelling at us. All I went in to do is cash a USbank check, which I was told it was a $7 fee to cash their own check. Dark haired women said "well we have to keep the doors open some how" in the most snarky rude tone. She wasn't even the employee helping me.. Other customers where talking of the service when I arrived, I seen what they meant.

Terrible hours, I don’t bank here and never will. I need a check authorized and they close at 4:00. The place is full of employees, but no one will answer the door.

Worst service we have ever received at a bank. Line going out the door being told to go through the drive through because it is faster. We had to wait 30 minutes to be told to just call the main online service since they couldn't help.The online service just keeps transferring us back and forth through departments instead of helping us.

SCAM...Money is hard to make and keep. $7.00 to cash a check??? From there own account??? I couldn't charge my employees $7.00 to cash a check... Aren't they already insured. Plus the clerks already know if the money is in the account when you give them a check to cash... SCAM
