My mail carriers are awesome. This office though sucks. There’s no point in treating the front desk lady with dignity since no matter what she’ll act salty that she has to help you.

The staff gave me the wrong passport form to fill out, so now I either have to pay $130 and lose $20 mailing, or lose $40 mailing - cancel my current passport application, and wait for everything to be mailed back to me so I can resubmit, when I needed a RUSH passport order! They have no clue what they are doing here and have zero training.

Went in for Passport 1st week of April 2025 for a late June Fishing Trip to Canada. Paid for the express Passport. Got a call 5/13/25 from the MSP Passport agency that the application and birth certificate are lost somewhere in USPS's hands. Good job Brainerd USPS. Out a birth certificate, out whatever was charged for application and express fee, out of a fishing trip.

Why does my mail constantly keep going to Brainerd and they send it back to Minneapolis and I live 20 miles from Brained.Not the best crew working at Brainerd.Crazy how much mail employees make for the terrible service people get.Mail service definitely doesn’t need a raise like they will get anyway.Keep up the crap work.

Didn't even knock on the door just dropped the opps we missed you note and then give me no option but to have an incompetent worker try and drop it off again FYI everyone was awake and in the living room right next to the door there's no way we did not here the door get knocked on

Moved to Brainerd from out of state over 2 months ago. Still have not received our mail. When we first moved, we went to the post office to have our addressed changed and show proof of ID. Apparently it was the Brainerd post office fault that they never verified my ID after showing them in person. It’s really frustrating that our mail is not being delivered to our new address.

Thanks for failing to deliver my package twice in one day.
Apparently, USPS is looking for another $120 billion bailout… Maybe use that first $1 billion by replacing all the PO Boxes from 1944 with digital locker systems.. half this $h!+ looks straight out of WW1. An electronic locker system, BARE MINIMUM, would allow upset customers to pickup the packages failed to be delivered..
(legit don’t know what was done with the first $100 billion two years ago (2022), but EV trucks isn’t the answer).
Stop pumping money into a dusty, worn-out system!
*Also, this has nothing to do with the hardworking employees with boots-on-the-ground trying to make this rusty machine operate.

Failed to deliver my package due to " not able to reach porch/front door" haven't the faintest clue why. My only guess is the literal powdered donut level coating of snow that was left on the porch/steps. Poor lamb must have forgot his booties.
