Terrible customer service. Every time I enter the lobby I’m told to use the atm instead of the teller line. Today, I needed to withdraw an amount much larger than the atm limit I personally have set, so I went to the teller line. The teller, Denise, informed me I could have used the atm. When I explained why I chose the teller line, she insisted that I could have just used the atm. She then complained that they are very busy and cannot get people to work for them. There was only one other customer in the teller line at the time. Very disappointed that the location closest to me was closed. I now drive 30+ minutes to be told to just go use the atm and receive low rate customer service. Highly considering closing my accounts with Wells Fargo as I don’t wish to visit this branch any longer and others are too far away.

Sex Female I like Wells Fargo in Brainerd. They all great you every time you come in. That makes you feel welcome I work with Tricia. She is so helpful and tries to inform you of everything I also worked with Elisa. And she tries to do her best also to help you. I would highly recommend Brainerd Wells Fargo

One employee here always remembers and makes me feel welcome here. The rest are quite rude when I walk in once every few months. Place doesn’t make you feel welcome at all. I will be changing banks soon for sure.

Now there is a new rule that you must make an appointment ahead of time to get in your safe deposit box. Seriously?? If personal bankers don't have 5 min to do this on demand, WF should stop being cheap and hire more staff.

20+ year customer, needed a sheet of checks printed since I’m on the road. They would only do it if for a $3 fee. Rude “manager” Leanne says Wells Fargo does not and can not waive the fee nor is she able to do so. News Flash, other Wells Fargo branches have waived these fees. It’s the little things like this with large banks that make you ask yourself why you still bank with them. And to top it off my wife just closed her account with Affinity Plus before we headed to Wells Fargo. So if you’re local to Minnesota, especially Brainerd do yourself a favor and bank with the nice people and community of Affinity Plus.

Drive thru wait times are unbelievable. If you have 4 lanes open, you should have adequate coverage for all lanes. Wait time is never less than 15 minutes.

I tried to close my account and I got three completely different answers. Sounds to me like Wells Fargo needs to do a better job training people especially during this virus situation.
