Took my car there to get a new brakes and rotors. Was told I needed tie rod ends and a control arm was quoted 2500 for work. Took it to Integrity and was told that the control arm was fine and that it was actually the sway bar that needed replaced so full brake job tie rod ends and sway bar only paid 699. West brainerd auto needs to do better

Driver sat in the middle of the parking lot talking to someone and waved me off like he was too busy to pull his truck forward 1 foot to allow vehicles to pass.

Tow guy was very nice and picked me up minutes after I called. Mechanics are fast and were able to squeeze me in on short notice. Highly recommend!

Got a flat outside of Baxter. Nick was very quick at picking me up and getting me back on the road within less than an hour after my initial phone call including bringing my work van to the shop and fixing the tire.The fees were very reasonable!This was also the first tow company I’ve had show up faster than their eta and provide excellent service

Had West Brainerd Auto driver tow my vehicle to a shop in town, after having a retired mechanic from Mills looked at it & the codes read that it needed a Crank Shaft Sensor. I had already made arrangements with Integrity Auto repair to work on it. Before the tow truck driver drove it, it was driving fine other than having difficulties starting. Battery was fine too. Have the driver my keys & when it showed up too Integrity Auto, the shifter & shifter cable were broken. The Mills mechanic AND Integrity Auto mechanic said it can only do this if the tow truck driver messed up the shifter when loading it unloading it. Staff were very rude at West Brainerd Auto & wouldn't even allow the Mills mechanic to contact the owner Steve Stohl. I'd NEVER refer someone to their towing services.

Would give a ZERO if possible!!! Had this place tow my vehicle to a shop in town, after having a retired Mills mechanic help test the check engine light. The reader gave a Crank Shaft Sensor code, which explained why it would sometimes not start. Had the vehicle sit over night at Holiday & gave the tow truck driver the keys in the morning telling him it wouldn't start. The vehicle shifted smoothly before it died & smoothly when switching from Park & Neutral to try to start it in Neutral. When the vehicle arrived at Integrity Auto the shifter & shifting cable were broken. Both the Integrity Auto AND the retired Mills Mechanic said the only way this would happen is by the tow truck driver not doing his job right & breaking it. The staff were rude when I wanted to talk about it & refuse to admit they damaged it.

If I could give it a zero I would. Called because I had a slow leak and the tow truck guy said to call back in the morning since it was a slow leak and I needed a patch. Called back in the morning. They were not going to be open! He then hung up on me! Blocked Don’t use this company or the tow company unless you like to be stuck up north with no way to get home! Thanks for leaving me in a horrible situation and not helping at all.
