Intoxalock is the worst interlock experience you will ever have. Get ready to wait on hold no less than 30 minutes every time you need to talk to someone. 3 hours!!!!! Was the longest they kept me on hold. No one at this company cares whatsoever for any hardships that their company causes. However, the people at the Brandon location for calibration are a 5 star bunch. Fast, friendly and efficient.
