St. Francis Medical Center provides positive experiences in its ER, Acute Care, walk-in clinic, and Wellness Center. The professional staff is very nice, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and treats patients with respect and dignity. They provide great treatment and service, acting quickly and with the patient's best interest in mind. The facility is very clean and well organized. It is noted as the best place for emergency care, where staff are engaged from the minute a patient arrives.

Had a heart attack, drove myself to St Francis and collapsed in the emergency room.. woke up with a doctor performing CPR and was advised what was happening and being sent to Fargo immediately.. EMTs hit me 3 times with the paddles I heard later.. 2 stents and 2 days inpatient and on my way I went.. ALIVE .. Thank you St...

If it's called an emergency room, waiting time should
be very limited. There should be more than one doctor on duty. Nursing staff is completely incompetent not properly trained.

Feels very professional at least in the walk-in clinic. They’ve always followed through on refills and get me in & out pretty quickly
