Leaves your packages in puddles or on top of the mailbox. Do better. Very upset my items were destroyed by the rain. Table was set up 10 more feet away under the eave. If i could leave a -5 i would.

Small town USPS that can't seem to keep mail straight. Have lost 2 things that were pretty important. I'd rather drive 45 minutes to a bigger city to ship things.

I was getting mail from one previous tenant, I circled the 1 name, and wrote "not at this address." I continued to receive mail for this one previous tenant so i this time I circled his same name and wrote "not at this address for the 100th time." That was clearly enough to make the mail delivery person have a personal vendetta against me. The mail delivery person put an unauthorized hold on my mail, without any communication. I drove down to the post office, collected my mail and told them to remove the un-authorized hold. About a week goes by and I am still not receiving mail. I call them again, with a witness, 3-way conference call and they confirm that there is no hold on my mail. The next day my employer is sending me a picture of my paycheck being returned to them.My father passed away this year in another state, I receive my income via mail. This is completely un-acceptable.I am now in the process of contacting the United States postal inspection service just to receive my mail. I copied and pasted exactly what I have here and my report failed to send, see attached image because I did NOT include any profanity???sad. I wish I could give them less than 1 star

I would give them 0 but that's not an option I have been expecting a package for three days that has said it's been delivered and tried numerous times to call them they close at 12 I called today way before noon repeatedly and no answer my other box was shipped to the wrong house and now this one is missing! I just want to know where my stuff is !
