Best Western Plus Minneapolis Northwest is currently undergoing renovations, which has led to some mixed experiences for guests. While some rooms were found to be musty and had aged linens, others received renovations that improved their comfort. The rooms smell and I seen a bed bug and the lady sherry the supervisor don’t know how to talk to anyone and I really think she is racist I even seen her lie on her co- worker and got her fiered the places just nasty.

Customer Service was on point, especially with having minimum resources they did well for what they had. The room was well below standard with a multitude of issues mold a leaking shower and tub and gnats are a few. This makes me want to never try any Baymont ever again and truly question Wyndham’s
