Bought phone there.tryed bring back have nothing but problems with.they try tell me that I didn't buy there not in there computer.i have credit card statement saying I did buy there.they still say I didn't.

This store has horrible customer service, if I could give zero stars or negative stars I would do not go into this store if you don't have to! The workers in the store act like you are doing them a favor ( and I am not) i pay too much for the phones we have! The employees treat customers disrespect!

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. This is one of the worst places to shop at for mobile service. I don’t have boost mobile, but I stopped by to try and get a phone and a cheap plan for a person I’m helping. This person just immigrated to America. I explained this to the person who helped me (he was middle eastern or Arab). I told him I just wanted a cheap plan and the cheapest phone available. He proceeds to tell me it’s $130-140, which seemed like a lot to me for a boost mobile phone. Also, I feel like a lot of these stores add fees that aren’t necessary for profit reasons. Some other store quoted me $90-95 for the cheapest phone, which I mentioned to the person helping me at the store. He laughed and said that it was impossible to get a phone for that price. I told him, I didn’t want an expensive phone since this was just a gift to someone I’m helping get on their feet. I told him I would pass, and as I was leaving he said “DONT COME BACK TOMORROW TELLING ME YOU WANT THIS PHONE BECAUSE YOU CHANGED YOUR MIND!” I’m also making a report to the BBB and local authorities about this & the fact that they sell fake headphones, which are illegal, in their store. they sell fake AirPods and Samsung AirPods. They also sell fake speakers. Even if they try to deny it, I took pics. Wouldn’t recommend doing business here!! Take your money to another store . I went to the one on Broadway in north mpls. It’s a little “ghetto”, but the employees are honest there. They got me a phone and service for $95 out the door!!

The Brooklyn center location is rude. They don’t like to help in store when customers doesn’t get the help on customer care calls also pick and chose when they want to open and close. Very inconvenient for most of us customers. Also Ive lived in this community since I’ve been a child I’ve never dealt with a company in this city that’s disrespectful! I also work in the same strip as this company sadly poor
