They didn’t have that specific hat since everything went to the fair, so he just made me a new one on the spot in 5 minutes. Best customer service ever. Love this brand. Love their people.”

“Back in December, I ordered 10 pairs of Carhartt pants in my usual size. This was my first time buying Carhartt since they introduced the new sizing options (slim, regular, and loose fit). Unfortunately, all the pants arrived about 2 inches too long.Determined to find the right fit, I recently made the trip to this location with my giant box of pants. Traffic was awful, and I only arrived 15 minutes before closing. Despite the late hour, the employee working there, Chris, couldn't have been more helpful.Chris was incredibly patient and understanding, even though I showed up last minute with a large box of pants to exchange. He took the time to explain the new sizing options and helped me find the perfect fit for me so I could order from their website since the store is about an hour drive for me.He even went above and beyond by explaining their free zipper/button and repair program – something I wasn't aware of before. I never felt rushed, even though I ended up leaving 20 minutes after closing time!This experience is a testament to the great employees at Carhartt. Chris's kindness, knowledge, and patience made a huge difference in my shopping experience. Highly recommend this store!”

“Great selections, they have so many baby and toddler clothes to choose from. Everything is a really good price and the sales are amazing. They even have deals on the clearance items. I can get a lot for a low price and everything's so cute! The ladies working here were nice and helpful. I wish they had a couple shopping carts (for baby to ride in) but it's a smaller store so I get why they wouldn't.”
“Always have a good experience at this store. The staff are always positive and helpful. It helps a lot to have the Old Navy or Gap credit card if you shop here often. I was able to save with a 50% cardholder discount day for back to school shopping. I also rack up rewards points to use for free clothes. My teens like the sweats and athletic looking stuff and I appreciate the extending sizing for women.”

“There was a wide selection of clothing when I visited. There was a ton of clearance. The only problem I had was at the register when the sales clerk didn't want to the honor a sale that multiple sales person were advertising throughout the store. It took her to reluctantly radio her store manager for verification in order for her to give me the sale prices. That process was not only frustrating but also took time.”
“I always find what I need here, nice clearance section that is kept organized, nice sales and prices. Sometimes off from the online inventory but I understand that it can't be 100% due to returns and purchases coming and going at any time. The checkout lines can tend to get long but they are quick to call for backup... And the young faces running those registers give me faith that the future of humanity isn't as doomed as I once thought.. very kind, curious, and engaging!

“I do like Old Navy a lot. But it's really hot and cold. Hunt and peck. Sometimes I walk out of there with 3 things I absolutely love. Other times I try on 8 things and don't like any of them. “Hit or miss for buying - my daughter’s size (2t) is typically picked over/not much inventory. There’s seems to be much for 18 months and younger and 4t and older. HOWEVER, I brought a bin in today not thinking I would get much $$/taken, and over half my bin was taken! Pleasantly surprised! I think the trick was, I made sure to double check for any stains/rips etc, and sorted via size as well as clothing type (sets, dresses, long sleeves, pants etc). One thing I noticed is that most of the stuff that was not taken were things from Amazon that had Chinese sizing, so I will have to remember that for next time. I think the quality was good, and they sell clothes with Chinese sizing. Don’t really have complaints!”

We don't speak Spanish and they were very patient with us and worked hard to make sure we were taken care of. Alterations were made quickly. Will be back this spring for bridal party dresses.”
