Called customer service for an estimate since I already knew what was wrong with my vehicle. I had 2 previous diagnostics done and their customer service rep laughed and then said we don’t give out estimates. She made me feel like I had to spend more money with them first before they can provide a price range for the fix. I understand there can be other variables at play but to not provide me with anything is just horrible service. Also, the attitude she had was totally unacceptable. I’m going to encourage all my friends and family to avoid this place. It makes me wonder if they even like non-whites. I will make sure to not recommend this place to my north side community. We should not have to put up with this type of treatment.

I was very pleased with the work Chrisy's did on my car. They also did not try to upsell me.

A heartfelt thank you to Jason for his incredible kindness in helping my mom when her van got stuck in the snow while trying to pull into her driveway yesterday. I stopped at this shop to ask for help and he generously followed me in his truck, braved the cold to get on his hands and knees to attach a chain, and pulled the van out. His generosity and kindness will always be remembered and appreciated. Thank you, Jason!

The only mechanic I use. This is a small, mom-and-pop repair shop that doesn't try to upsell you. I have brought my 15 y/o car there several times for various issues, and they are very upfront on what needs to be done soon, what can be put off to later, and what might not be worth addressing at all. Also, I've had the final repair costs come in below the initial estimate multiple times. If you are looking for an honest mechanic that isn't going to try and squeeze you for as much money as they can get, give Christy's a shot.

I got a flat tire the other day a few blocks away from Christy's. The owners went out of their way to help me out. Walked to my car and patched it on site. Charged me next-to-nothing. I would have happily paid triple. These are good people doing good work!

Glad they got the free air hose. But every time over look my tire after airing it up (checking for holes or objects) somebody always runs up on me talking about no repairs on the property smh do you see any tool out smdh

This is the best shop I've ever encountered!! I always go to this shop when I can, they always find the problem are extremely nice and respectful, their prices are the best around and their work is top notch! Seriously if your looking for a great auto shop look no further than Christy's Auto! I have so many other great things I could say but I think I got my point across.

They were honest about what needed fixing and didn’t try to guilt me into fixing things that could wait if I needed them to. The bill was straight forward and clearly itemized and it didn’t have any questionable charges on it.

This shop is a jewel in my neighborhood. I know they operate with integrity and a great deal of experience and knowledge. Always fair and sometimes they tell me I do not need this or that. I am a loyal customer.
