Was waiting in line behind 2 cars. When I was my turn they pulled the security shade down and left. After a few minutes a message played that they were closed for lunch.

This CVS Pharmacy is horrible when it comes to getting your meds filled on time, they have more excuses. This CVS has always been that way. Their service is the worst!!!

Apparently the CVS business model is to be Constantly understaffed. To the point of waiting 30 min to speak to a pharmacist, on the phone or in person. Drive thru is closed half the time with unprofessional signage. I'd say it's just this specific neighborhood but it doesn't matter where we go in the metro they are ALWAYS understaffed!This sign has been up for days, I visited at noon today (not 10/5) and the sign was still up.

I understand the pharmacy is likely busy here but I first arrived at 10 to pick up a prescription, they said come back in 10-15 min. I came back at 10:20 to pick it up and now they said 30-45 min. So now here we are back there at 11:50 and it still isn’t ready.

OK. Soooo, I grew up in BC. I'm 40 now. It's disgusting what has happened to that city. Today, I happened to be in my old neighborhood. On my way home I realized I had forgotten to buy lotion when out the other day, so I figured I'd make a quick stop in BC, since I was right there.I had to ask the kind lady at the register (none of this her fault whatsoever) to unlock the lotion. I made a comment about how ridiculous that was.Welp, when I got back to that isle, there was a young "man" loading up his back pack with the unlocked items. I sincerely wanted to boot him in the face, choke the hell out of him, and hold him until the police came. But, in today's backwards society, I'd probably be the one in trouble.Feel bad for the good folks in BC. They closed the Walmart due to theft, fights, overall ghettoness, etc. This CVS won't last another year, unless they're in the business of losing money.I did follow the punk around the neighborhood for a bit, screaming at him and scaring him. Wish I could've done more!

Extremely slow location. They had no customers but it took them 30+ minutes to give me a flu shot, when I made an appointment…During the wait I had to listen to pharmacy staff have inappropriate conversations, and complain about corporate. What a joke this place is.

I asked if the pharmacy tech who answered the phone could hold on a second because I was about to sneeze. She rudely said "you called me a business and want me to hold" and hung up. Will not call or go back again.
