The good1. The bar/restaurant staff was amazing. Seemed understaffed (2 people working both nights of our stay) but the staff was friendly and upbeat. Definitely the highlight of our stay.2. The complimentary breakfast is very good. The omelet bar is fantastic.3. We asked for down-free pillows and they brought them quickly. The badThe check-in staff seemed cranky. The place is a bit run down and *kind of* gross.1. The swing-bar lock on the door was hanging by one loose screw(see photo)2. Brown stuff on the bathroom door. We don't THINK it was poop, but it was gross. We wiped it off with a lysol wipe.3. Dead ladybugs in the ice bucket and on the floor...(?!)4. Blankets and sheets smelled strongly of bleach. There is a difference between the smell of clean sheets and bleach.5. The room-desk was raggedy. Worn all around edges.6. Other rooms had left room service dishes (bowls/plates/etc) in the hall and they stayed there our entire stay.7. The chairs/tables in the bar seemed to be cracked and worn.Overall, I likely wouldn't stay here again. My wife and i were in town to see out kids compete in a show choir tournament. We got the executive suite and it was much too expensive for the quality.

On par with your typical Embassy Suites, aside from the check in process. I had the pleasure of checking in at 1:15am due to flight delays, no fault of the hotel obviously. However, the young man at the counter seemed to barely know the check in process. Ended up having the room charged to me despite explaining there was a card on file as it was a business trip. Very unhappy with the lack of customer service at this location. Especially after a long day of travel.

Room was pretty good. TV in room was terrible. Breakfast and breakfast staff was great. Bar was good but understaffed. They were very busy at night . Beautiful location. I would stay here again.

Comfy beds and lots of room, although the layout is a little odd. Great staff. First room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke and they got me a new room with no fuss. Housekeeping is super friendly. Bar was nice. Digital key doesn’t open the main entrance (??!!). Tears in my couch and worn quality throughout. No water pressure. Here for a conference and it’s nice enough for business. Likely wouldn’t stay here if it wasn’t for its proximity to the Heritage Center though.

Recently enjoyed a wonderful vacation with friends at the hotel. The ambiance was fantastic-stylish decor, comfy rooms. However, service, while good, could use a bit more attention to detail. A slight improvement in service would elevate it to a solid 5-star experience. Despite this, our stay was delightful, and I'd recommend it for its overall charm.Rooms: Tidy and neatFood & drinks: Tasty

Solid but nothing great. Rooms were updated. I found the beds uncomfortably hard. Has mobile check in and key which is great but you can't open the back entry door?Left the hotel about 4am-ish one morning to food on the ground in the main entry way. Was never cleaned and wash smashed around in the afternoon. Garbage outside overflowing all day.Staff was just ok. Just didn't seem to care much.

This hotel does not even deserve a 1 star. The room was absolutely disgusting. Not clean, humid, thermostat didn’t properly work. Had no air flow . Bathroom made my toes curl just trying to stand in shower. Mold all over in shower and slime and grime all over the edges and corners. No shampoo in their prefilled bottles in bathroom. The flapper on toliet is broke. So listening to the toliet drain and refill all night was an absolute joy. The room was extremely over priced for what it was. Passed the pool. Green water and algea growing at bottom of pool does not look inviting.Checked out 3 days earlier. Thank God!!!! If i could give this hotel one piece of advice….. PRESENTATION! PRESENTATION! PRESENTATION!

Pros: complimentary happy hour and good made to order omeletsCons: sink in wet bar area was clogged, someone's dirty room service dishes were in the hall outside our door when we checked in and they were still there when we checked out. Booked stay as part of a sister's getaway and was looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub only to find it closed. That amenity was important enough to us we would have booked elsewhere if we had known.

Unbelievable staff and a very comfortable hotel. Newer finishes and furnishings make it feel luxurious at a budget price. Legendary free breakfast makes this a must-stay. A++++++ recommended!

The room was pretty clean- the shower had some hair in it and the soap dispenser was empty. The rest of the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.I had hoped, it being a suite, that I could save money on takeout by having a full kitchenette. That was not the case- it was a small fridge and microwave. The dining room had limited hours (5-10 pm) of mostly bar fare so I had to rely on costly food delivery. I was not pleased that the one time I ordered room service they had added the gratuity for me. As I didn’t see it I also added a generous gratuity but felt cheated as a result. The food wasn’t worth what it cost and I should only give a gratuity if I choose to.The night clerk, Clay, was very helpful and professional, and I have nothing bad to say about the staff.Would I return? No. Me and my fellow colleagues travel a lot on business and I will not recommend this place in the future for its intended purpose (as a suite). It also appears that this hotel is a favourite for weekend party goers. That’s okay if it’s your thing, but if you prefer something more low key for work travel, maybe look elsewhere. No one was overly disruptive, so this isn’t altogether a complaint, but rather an observation.

Great place to stay, close to downtown. I stayed here when I was travelling to work. The rooms were great. They were spacious and well equipped with a kitchen, living room and bedroom. The place was clean but my room was out of shampoo. I called room service and they replenished the shampoo. They also have free breakfast with a omelette station. The breakfast was great with all kinds of breakfast options. The hotel has plenty of parking and I got 2 complementary drink every evening at the bar. The bar also has great food. I had their chicken sandwich and it was tasty. Recommend this place for the pleasant stay and good complementary breakfast.

This hotel has aged considerably in the past few years. The carpets were dirty, and there was a faint odor to our room. There were some electrical outlets that were not working and the air conditioner did not maintain the temperature set on the thermostat. At breakfast at about 8:00 AM with less the average number of diners there was a significant shortage of food, including scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, French, toast, and coffee. At one point, all of the serving trays were empty for almost 10 minutes. However, the made to order portion of the meal went smoothly with the chef, preparing eggs and omelettes with minimal wait. The evening reception was poor. This has been fairly typical for the last couple of years and, in my opinion, has taken a nose dive in quality as compared to prior years.

The air conditioner in the room didn't work. I told the front desk and the "manager" lied to me and said there wasn't anything wrong with the air conditioners. I went back and asked later on and I found out that there was an air conditioner down and moving rooms wasn't going to fix the situation because it was affecting the whole hotel. So there was just no way to cool the room efficiently. In addition, people just entered our rooms without notifying us and we'd come in and see that things had been moved and changed. I did not feel safe in this room and I brought it up to the front desk and management and they did absolutely nothing about it. It's better than a low budget hotel because the room is nice, but the management and customer service is some of the worst I've ever had staying at a Hilton property.Safety: I did not feel overly safe in this hotel. I expressed this to the front desk and They said they were going to pass my concerns to management and when I talked to management the next morning they just dismissed it very fast. They did not care at all! Very poor management. People were coming in and out of our room without notifying us that anybody was coming into our room.
