Had a great experience here! Rented a 2021 Rav4 over the weekend of Dec 9th. It was ready to go when I got there and very clean. Bella was extremely helpful and patient with all of my questions. I'd highly recommend going here for a rental!

I really never review anywhere, but feel compelled to share just how helpful and kind the folks at this Enterprise were. Troy and Bella went above and beyond to help me out when I rented a car while my car was being repaired after an accident. Top notch customer service.

The people at the Brooklyn Center location are always so friendly and polite when I visit this location I have never had a bad experience if you haven't already when you are ready to rent please consider this location

This is the only Enterprise location that has never had my reserved vehicle available as a plus member. One hour delay for the vehicle with both manager and assistant manager present. Neither provided any discount or reason to use their store again.

Great location, I am always skeptical of rentals, but when my car was vandalized I was left without a choice. They even gave me a ride back to the dealership, and the car was great and everything was as advertised.
