This FedEx location in Brooklyn Center is absolutely deplorable. The conditions and the level of service are downright vexing. FedEx, you should be ashamed to have a facility in this kind of state—it looks like a complete dump.
It truly feels like you don’t care about the people in the community you’re supposed to serve. If that’s the case, then you might as well close the location, because the message you’re sending is that the dollars matter more than the neighborhood.
To say I was disappointed is an understatement—this was complete poppycock.

Just tried to pick something up at 4:40 in the afternoon on a week day and was told it's closed when it says it's open until 10pm. Fix your hours!

Pretty straight forward as long as you have your FedEx barcode. That is the only way they can take packages

Very very fast. I dropped off a package for delivery, and it took less than a few minutes to get in and out. I'd recommend this location.

Went there to drop-off a package to get returned for a refund. There was a women at the desk that must have not worked there. She preceded to get another women who scanned my box and said I was good to go. I asked for a tracking number and she said I didn't need one. I have not received my refund and apparently my package was never returned and its not at the store. I've never had an issue with returning anything before. Don't trust this place with your packages.

Bad fedEx service. Waited for 15min with no help. I even ask the front cashier to help me. She simply Say press the help button at photo desk. I don’t trust dropping off my items here. Look disorganized, my item can be lost.
