Service was lacking as employees ran around for 1 customer with many children they where unaware that the lady was actually stealing while the ran around the store for her one employee left me mid way through getting shoes for me to wait on her she left with only what she took from them so sad

First time shopping at foot locker and it was awesome, the shoes on sale and thay name brand. Got my grandson some reeboks and on sale. Made my day

The staff were extraordinarily helpful and personable. As a female Veteran, it was great to have a woman staff member with former military service assist me. I will definitely be back at this store. All the staff were wonderful, the quality of shoes and joggers are exceptional.

The staff at this location are always friendly and helpful. I do get frustrated with the lack of inventory and selections at times, but overall this is a decent loication.

Worst customer service ever. Never greeted when I came to the store, no acknowledgment given. I was walking around for 5-10m and employees did not once come up and asked if I needed help they were too busy standing in the corner looking like they did not want to be there. Once I finally asked for the same pair of the same size shoe and handed the shoe to him he cut me off and rudely said “how am I suppose to know what size to get”. Worst customer service ever!

Went there Sunday walk in lady just look at me no greeting walk around look at shoe about 5-10 minute try on some shoe another guy just walk past without asking if need help or not went up to them ask if they have mirrors bad customer service after that I walk just out think ? ?
