Had one of the best expierences renting a car here. All of the gentlemen at the desk( I didnt get names which I should have so I could shout them out) were amazing and went above beyond. So happy with my expierence. Thank you guys!
Edit i got one of the guys names geno! Didn't get the other guys name but they are both amazing and made this expierence so easy, so thanks again!

-Poor Customer Service and communication
-Vehicle was delivered a day late, and interior/exterior was dirty with less than 1/2 tank of gas
-I communicated to the staff that I did NOT want a specific vehicle (Nissan Rouge) I was told it was the only one they had available. I told them I had no problem waiting until a different one came in. They said OK- they would have an Equinox later in the day and they would meet me at my home to deliver it at 3:30… By 4:45 no one had shown up or called so I called them. They said “they were just about to call me”, and they’d have to deliver the next day, and would call me in the morning at 8:10a. An hour late, at 9:00a I received a call that the driver would be at my home shortly with the Nissan that I said I did not want to rent. Again, they did not call another branch OR let me wait for another vehicle to come in. They were rude and impatient with me on the phone and finally a guy in the background said “she can call around if she wants something else”.
-Unprofessional. Save yourself the hassle and call the Richfield/Bloomington location who were polite and happy to help.

I went at the end of the day, and it was surprisingly busy for a random weekday. The staff were busy yet helpful and kind. Pick up was smooth. I dropped off after hours, but no issues with the charges when they checked it back in.

Could’ve not asked for any better assistance and service with a gentleman at Hertz in Brooklyn Park Minnesota. They were outstanding went over everything in detail. Definitely gonna rent again from that place.!

I have rented several cars from this location, but this time was by far and away the worst experience. The statement of charges was full of egregiously inaccurate fees, almost as if the errors were made on purpose. I was incorrectly charged for fuel, a different drop off location fee, increased weekly and daily rates and a cleaning fee to top it all off. The associate at the store was rude and accusatory, offering no assistance to resolve any of the inaccurate charges showing up on my statement. I called customer service to reach a resolution. They were much more helpful. I will NEVER rent from this location again.

Negative stars if that’s possible. Return associate is rude, unhelpful, disrespects women, and adds false charges at the end of the rental. Go to the Enterprise next door

The staff at this Hertz location truly went above and beyond! From the moment we walked in, we felt valued as customers. They took the time to clearly explain the add-on insurance options without any pressure—just honest, helpful information that actually convinced me of the benefits.
The vehicle was clean and ready to go, and the manager stood out with their professionalism and positive attitude. Even while dealing with several rude and demanding customers (not an easy situation), the entire team remained calm, courteous, and focused on delivering exceptional service.
This kind of experience is rare, especially in a tougher area. Major credit to the staff and manager for handling everything with grace and making sure we left happy and confident in our rental.

Great place for a leisure rental. I’ve used it a couple times to avoid all of the airport rental fees. I had to wait at least 30 minutes from reservation time for both rentals. I’m a presidents circle level hertz customer, but didn’t have any options other than the car I reserved like I get at airports. Very friendly but quite possibly overworked customer service.
I’ll definitely use them again whenever I take a long driving trip!

Don’t ever rent from this place whether it’s dollar or hertz. Got charged an additional 192$ and I cannot figure out what it is for and never got my deposit back. The people at the desk were rude and spoke very quietly. I also can’t find a customer service number to call to talk to an actual human. -5 stars. Don’t ever rent from them and I will take my business elsewhere where.

*UPDATE* Got my money back and am filing fraud charges. Avoid this branch at all costs!
Absolute garbage location! you can already tell by the Reviews that this location does shifty things to customers, regardless of what's actually happening. They tried charging me $250 cleaning fee for a couple crumbs on the floor of a car. I have returned more than a dozen cars to these Hertz Locations dirtier than this, without any problems whatsoever and never once Have they charged $250 for what would take five minutes to vacuum. This branch will retaliate against you if they feel slighted in the least bit. I took pictures of both the interior and exterior of the car and will be following up with corporate. The unprofessionalism of this branch is INSANE. AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS!
