I am writing this review as I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience this year and will no longer be a returning customer.
My appointment was rescheduled twice by their office and when I arrived at the designated time, I was not able to be seen. I decided to leave my documents with Terry Holman who I don't hear from for weeks. When I finally went back, I was told there was no trace of my documents anywhere. Two days later, Terry reaches out to me and had some odd explanation of me coming in on a rainy day and he recalls scanning and returning my documents where I then proceeded to leave with a group of 3-4 people to go have dinner. At this point I am freaking out as he has mistaken me for someone else and that person may have all my personal information. This is happening all while the receptionist and I are trying to get in touch with their manager, Mimi Otu. The lack of accountability and professionalism is very disappointing as no one was alarmed nor apologetic. It has been a week and I have not heard from their manager.

My fiancé went in to get help with his taxes and wasn’t told until the end that it would be over $500. Not only is that shady but it wastes his time and the employees time.

T. Michael was great, but no longer is there. Titus Saar takes forever to do. Ladies, don't go alone. This guy treats you differently without a man around. He tries to make me forge. Gladly, which I didn't. This place should go out. I should have called the cops on him.

Been going to H&R Block for 23 years and have always had great service and advice about our taxes. Confident that they are getting our max return and doing them correctly. However, in our recent experience, our fees went up $130 over the past two years, a 30% increase in one year, which reduced our net return significantly! Do you care about repeat customers? Willing to provide discounts for them? Evidently not. Very disappointed.

People are friendly and kind of know what they are doing. The only reason I'm giving it 3 stars is because it WAY to expensive. Charge me more than 400 just to use the mouse and ask question... avoid H&R in general....

Was completely stood up for my appointment I scheduled. And was told my time isn’t a priority for the tax processor. Will not be returning after many years of business. Absolutely poor customer service.
