I recently brought my Luther Brookdale Mazda in for service and had the pleasure of working with Ty, and he was absolutely excellent.
His customer service was top-notch from start to finish. I truly appreciated that I never felt pressured into purchasing anything I didn't need for my vehicle. Ty went above and beyond to make sure my car was running exactly as it should, demonstrating both efficiency and genuine care. A major highlight was that Mazda covered a part that wasn't meeting their efficiency standards under a warranty program, and the entire process has been completely hassle-free.
Communication was also outstanding. He kept me updated throughout the entire process, and whenever I had questions, he answered them clearly without ever making me feel unintelligent or rushed. Ty is extremely personable and efficient, and I highly recommend asking for him for any service needs

I had to bring my car in for service and had a great experience with the service team, specifically Jon. Jon was responsive, communicative, and informative. I appreciated the consistent updates and keeping in mind my budget. He explained things in a way I could understand and make decisions on what to do - which I truly appreciated. I would definitely recommend Brookdale Mazda service team, And would bring my car back if I need to in the future.

Isaiah was an outstanding representative for Luther Mazda.
Obviously he demonstrated excellent product knowledge and effectively communicated both produce and buying process. That’s a given considering his job.
Beyond that, he was engaging, prompt and clear in his communication, responsive to my requests and followed up after the purchase.
