I was mail a phone from my insurance and there was no SIMs card I had to purchase a SIMs card for $10 the insurance company didn't send one I was disappointed because I had already paid for the phone delivered

The guys at this place are incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I have made this my go-to store for upgrades, bill pay, and the rest. It is refreshing to get the help I needed when I switched carriers. They answered all of my questions and I didn't have any surprises when it came time to pay.
