“Overdue review for Junior the Mover! They helped me move about a month ago and I couldn’t recommend them more. They were easily the most responsive and communicative moving company I spoke to. They were prompt with their follow ups and flexible with scheduling when I had to reschedule the move for a few days later. Their flat-rate pricing means they are pretty much always going to be the safest option money-wise. You might get a cheaper quote elsewhere but there is no guarantee that the other company won’t go beyond the hours quoted. With Junior the Mover, that’s the price you pay no matter what. Nice guys and hard workers. I truly appreciate them making my move that much easier. :)”

We not only received all of our belongings (it got to our place in a matter of 3 days over 2000mi) but nothing was broken! Door to door service. “It is located on the side opposite the storage facility—one of several companies in a row, specifically the one on the left. The parking area is awkward for maneuvering and turning around due to the number of trucks present. They unloaded the cargo quickly, but spent a considerable amount of time verifying whether or not the shipment actually belonged to them based on the delivery address.”

Al went above and beyond to make sure my property was protected throughout the entire process. During delivery, he was incredibly careful to avoid the tree limbs in my yard and took extra precautions to ensure there wasn’t a single mark left on my driveway. It was obvious that he truly cared about treating my home with the same respect he would his own.
One thing that really stood out was how understanding and accommodating Al was regarding my HOA. They can be extremely difficult to work with, and I was worried about potential issues. After explaining my situation, Al made it a priority to position the POD carefully and follow every precaution possible to help me avoid any problems. That level of customer service and genuine concern is hard to find these days.
Moving and storing your belongings can be stressful, but Al made the entire experience smooth and worry-free. His kindness, professionalism, and attention to every little detail exceeded my expectations. “Moving is stressful. We’ve done it several times, but you still never know how it will go. We chose to trust Allied and our trust was well placed. Gina in the office handled all of the logistics/paperwork and was unbelievably timely with all communication. Our driver and move supervisor was Juan. He is meticulous, has a good rapport with his teams, the teams on both ends of the move were so polite and hard working, Juan is an excellent driver, and he truly cares about his clients. I don’t write this review lightly. We had a last minute snafu at our storage space and Juan did everything humanly possible to care for and move our items with the patience of a saint (I was at the end of my patience…). If you have a big life changing move like we did or just a regular one, you can feel good about trusting this team to help you through one of life’s most stressful moments.”
