⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 Stars Outstanding Concealed Carry Class Experience
I recently completed a concealed carry class with Chanpheng Luongvan and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. From start to finish the course was well organized, informative, and incredibly convenient.
The online portion of the class was clear, easy to follow, and packed with valuable information. The material was presented in a way that made it easy to understand even for someone new to firearms or concealed carry laws. I appreciated how the content struck the perfect balance between legal knowledge, safety protocols, and responsible carry practices nothing felt rushed or overly complicated.
What really stood out though was the professionalism and knowledge of the instructor, Chanpheng Luongvan. At the range, he maintained a calm, respectful, and safety focused environment that made everyone feel at ease regardless of experience level. He was patient, clear in his instructions, and took time to ensure each student felt confident and capable.
Overall this was a top tier training experience. The combination of convenient online learning and exceptional in person instruction makes this class a great option for anyone looking to obtain their permit to carry. I highly recommend Chanpheng Luongvan and his program to anyone serious about safe and responsible firearm ownership.

Great experience. I got a shotgun transferred here, the transfer fee was really cheap. They were really friendly and fast. I will be using this place for my future transfers.

Fast, straight to the point. You want reasonable transfer fee in BP, this is a good choice.

Spectacular customer service! Got a Glock 19 build kit and the LPK was faulty and they immediately responded with a replacement kit without hesitation. I couldn't ask for better service and I would highly recommend shopping with this company. Other than one specific part of my LPK the Glock came very well packaged and looks great with everything fitting as it should.

My rifle arrived a week prior, and no call or text. I left a message, and they have yet to return my call. I called a week later and got their voice mail again; now I get a text saying yes, your weapon is here. I would like to get a call once it arrives, so I can work around my busy schedule to pick it up.

As soon as you get an email that your gun has been delivered, shoot an email to Right To Bear Arms and you will probably be able to pick up your purchase that day or the next. They have the least expensive FFL fee in the Twin Cities as far as I have seen and I see no advantage in the others so go with these guys.
