Amed is very kind and knowledgeable about the products behind the counter. The other employees are very rude and do not know anything about what’s behind the counter. Hire more people like Amed please lmfao

I gave this place two stars only because they have a great selection and inventory of all different products, but they have some issues.The prices were high, and the staff was rough. Driving 5 minutes to cloud 9 will save you at least $5 on a disposable vape, and will save you from having to interact with the Royal Tobacco staff. I briefly interacted with three staff members while there, and all three of them acted like they were sick of me because I interrupted their cell phone time. I was only in there for 3 minutes total. I asked one staff member if he had a suggestion on something, and he shrugged and said “no”… cmon man. Just say “this one sells well” or something. Rough place.

Royal smoke shop does not honor their products If you buy Something from them and it don't work properly they don't want to exchange it out for you they give you a hard time And they just took my smoke device from me that they put in my bag themselves I don't advise anyone to continue to do business with them plus their prices are higher than the smoke shop in Brooklyn Center and I have been buying from them for years but they don't value your business

Been coming here for a while and today they told me i couldnt come in without a mask. Their loss not mine, ill go to the smoke shop down the road. Wont be back, i dont support communistic ideas or actions.Free commerce is supported by the 14th ammendment of the Constitution….unfortunatley for them this meanns i can take my business somewhere else. Hope this helps!
