“Service was good, the equipment was well-maintained, but not completely clean. The parking lot of the building was disgusting. Full of debris and garbage. I had major concerns of getting a flat tire from driving through the parking lot. I did not even pull my car through the drop off lane because of how much garbage and debris was in the lot. Overall, it is a decent location to rent from.”

“I rented a truck and attempted to do the mobile pickup. Complete fail. I ended up going to the counter and was helped immediately, and far quicker than the mobile option. The employee even brought the truck around to us and explained everything we needed to know about the questionnaire you have to fill out online about the vehicle. After I gave up the mobile option, it was a good experience.”

“This is our second vehicle we've had a hitch put in at a uhaul. Just like last time, I made a reservation, dropped my car off, got a call because the job was done, inspected it and was out. Simple, easy and nothing complicated about it. The other car that has the hitch is still good (after two years of hauling a camper and a utility trailer) and expecting the truck to be good as well.

“Though the pickup spot we'd originally been sent to in Minneapolis was not open Sunday morning, a quick call sent us to a U-Haul store a few miles away. In Madison basically all we had to do was drop the vehicle at the service location in the parking lot, hop on the bicycle, and ride home on the adjacent bike path.”
“Service lady was exceptional. My 6yr old daughter got stung by a bee just walking up to the steps & the lady pulled out a first aid kit, talked to her, and helped her feel better. She even led us out a back way to the parking lot to avoid going by where there could be bees since my young daughters were scared of getting stung again. She went way above and beyond what she needed to do.”
“Have had an outdoor spot for my 20' camper for several months, and I've continued to have great experiences with the on-site management. From my first phone call last year, and with multiple touch-points in between, they've been friendly and helpful. The keypad gate access is convenient for needing to stop by after hours, and it's always been well-lit after dark. Would recommend them for an affordable, secure place that's well-run.”
