“The entire process was quick and easy. I stopped by on a weekend to check availability for a cargo van and spoke with Scott. He let me know inventory was tight due to the holiday season, so securing one might be difficult. I followed up with Chris the following Monday, and although he shared the same concern, he still managed to secure a van for my time-sensitive move.
Pickup was seamless—they checked my driver’s license and credit card, and I was in the van right away. After returning it, the store manager even called the next morning to make sure everything went smoothly.
For a simple rental, I wasn’t expecting such attentive customer service. The entire experience was hassle-free, supportive, and genuinely appreciated. I highly recommend this location for rentals—the staff is friendly, helpful, and goes the extra mile.”
“My reefer broke down on 4/25/26 in Hudson Wi around 5am so I contacted Ryder roadside assistance and told them that I’m getting a code saying fuse bad the person that helped me said she will contact Ryder management location in Roseville and see if they can get me a after hour Tech.So they got a hold of one and said go to the one located in Roseville Mn and told me the tech is an hour away from Roseville.As I arrived the tech was waiting he’s name was Casey told me to park my truck where I’m at and wait in the waiting room, so while I was waiting I was thinking to myself man this might take a few hours I still got a route I had to finish then 40 minutes later he came out and told me I found your the issue it was your battery cable wire clamp that broke.He said I’m a let it run and get to temp to make sure nothing else is wrong so you can get back on the road and finish your route with no more issues again.And 5 minutes later I’m back in my truck less than an hour! Casey was respectful and polite also and good at his job thanks Casey! I give this place a 5 ⭐️ for the work done and would recommend this Ryder location to anyone that wants to be back on the road in no time!!!!”
“Mark was great!!!!! I picked up a 12 foot trailer and Mark was awesome. I had not towed anything in so longe I had forgotten where my receiver and cable were, but Mark found them for me. The best part of all, he realized my hitch was too low to the ground and went back to the shop to switch the bulb to the top side so it would ride higher. Can't recommend enough. Mark and other employees are always friendly.”

“I recently rented a wheelchair from Reddy Rents. It was very easy setting up the rental reservation with them. When it came time to pick up the wheelchair, I was helped right away when I walked in and it only took a few minutes before I was on my way. Very pleasant business to work with, and I'm sure I'll be back soon. Great staff they've got here.”

“I recently inquired about my existing unit at the front desk and Meshach was of great help and discovered a discrepancy in the pricing of my unit and with the help from the general manager they adjusted my pricing. I greatly appreciate their customer service by following up with me in person and over the phone. It’s been a good customer experience thus far.”
“This facility is very clean, secure, and well lighted. As a single woman, I never felt uncomfortable visiting the facility alone. The indoor loading dock with different unload heights is much more convenient than other storage facilities I have used. And something as simple as access to free carts makes a huge difference in the experience of moving in or out.”

“Used them many times over the years, but this last weekend had my daughter go in and grab a Diamond Pier bit and jack hammer, we only called the tool what the retailer said to call it (which was wrong) and they figure out what my daughter needed, by our poor description, and got it to her for us to finish the project that day. This was with only 5 min before they closed for a long holiday weekend, The way the whole team there treated her was beyond 5 stars. Not many companies out there that want to put effort into helping the they helped us out. Thank You again for you patience and professionalism in the tool rental business.”

“Have had an outdoor spot for my 20' camper for several months, and I've continued to have great experiences with the on-site management. From my first phone call last year, and with multiple touch-points in between, they've been friendly and helpful. The keypad gate access is convenient for needing to stop by after hours, and it's always been well-lit after dark. Would recommend them for an affordable, secure place that's well-run.”
“Service lady was exceptional. My 6yr old daughter got stung by a bee just walking up to the steps & the lady pulled out a first aid kit, talked to her, and helped her feel better. She even led us out a back way to the parking lot to avoid going by where there could be bees since my young daughters were scared of getting stung again. She went way above and beyond what she needed to do.”

“Though the pickup spot we'd originally been sent to in Minneapolis was not open Sunday morning, a quick call sent us to a U-Haul store a few miles away. In Madison basically all we had to do was drop the vehicle at the service location in the parking lot, hop on the bicycle, and ride home on the adjacent bike path.”
“We had to break up with U-Haul after too many broken trucks. Budget was great! Staff was super helpful, and everyone seemed to enjoy being there. They even gave us a discount– thanks Kelcey!”
“They are a centralized location , convenient for many people. I have used this location a few times now and have always been able to get a truck or van on same day or two days max, I believe. And the staff has been pretty decent. Never do I recall having any problems at this location. So, yeah!! ?”
