Low quality store with low quality employees. Shut it down, another store that needs to close it's doors in this area. First their was Sears now Walmart now the ripple effect begins. This store has lots of nice items but the environmental is not it. Do not recommend.

This location has a brunch of young kids, with NO customer service skills. I walked into the store EVERYONE was on their CELLS phones, except the āmanagerā and not a single sales associate spoke to us, Finally, the manager had to tell them to put their phones away!ā¦. I have been a customer at the other locations as well, and witnessed the same thing, young associates w/ NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLSā¦

Poor customer service. No one greeted us as we came in. Everyone was on their phone standing around while free one person was folding clothes. One employee had an attitude with helping us with shoes and then didnāt even bring the shoes for us to try. Just took it straight to the counter. Definitely didnāt stay long in that unprofessional environment.

Just came from this store and when me and my family walked in the so called employees were just sitting around talking, on their phones, security looked like he just hit the blunt, no one welcomed us in the store or even asked if we needed help until i had to say something. The young man actually didn't want to help but did , so we found shoes and he put them behind the counter for me to purchase, then the other manager that doesn't work there but works for the st Paul Dtlr told another lazy worker to put our shoes back cause they were sitting too long? He didn't even stop to ask why we're they there and if someone was going to buy them. So we had to find the shoes again. This store has me frustrated and feeling disrespected. They have no customer service, always on their phones, no personalities they should either be retrained or let go. They need a real store owner who is going to have real workers with customer service. I won't shop there again.

Was in the store today to buy some shoes as a Christmas gift and ended up walking out without spending a dollar. Horrible customer service. Asked for help from a woman at the store, she continued what she was doing and did not respond to my request for help for size 7 shoe. The manager was sitting behind the counter on his phone doing nothing. The woman appeared annoyed to be asked to do her job and she never did what I asked. They clearly don't work on commission. They should not be working at all. Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. Will buy over priced shoes from a company that takes pride in customer service because clearly they do not.
