I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this Walgreens location. The store manager, JANELLE JARLE, was incredibly rude to my partner and me. Without any provocation, she began yelling at us to leave the store, asserting that she decides what happens there. This kind of behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable. The overall customer service was poor, and I hope Walgreens addresses this issue to prevent similar experiences for other customers.

Dirty, trashy store inside and out. Even in the room where you get your vaccines is filthy with a trash can full of used needles. No more drive-thru. Today I waited in line for my prescriptions while they helped 3 other people before me...I was waiting first. I told them and she said there was one line. Well they were helping both lines, except for me. They don't even have the courtesy to check to see who's next to be served. I walked out with no prescriptions, not knowing if they were going to help me at all. Thank goodness CVS and Cub Pharmacies are close by.

Absolute slowest service. No hustle. Broken machines. Sorry for the employee. Must be frustrating to be short handed but I think they must have stopped caring long ago.

Honestly, if I could give negative stars, I would. They never have my sons prescriptions in stock and it always takes weeks for them to "come in". They aren't crazy prescriptions either. Very normal things. I have shown up numerous times to pick up said prescriptions when they're finally ready and the pharmacy is closed. Mind you, these are during their business hours & well before their closing time. Hours before their said closing time. I've also done an order online to pick up in store and got the notification it was ready for pick up. They couldn't find anything for me. Not even with my order number. I'm over this place. Having all my prescriptions transferred now to a much more competent store.

They try their best under the circumstances! I usually have some kinda issue between them the meds in stock & I insurance cooperation but usually it gets worked out quickly! I try to stay on the positive vibes!

Nearly every time I have had prescriptions filled here they have messed things up. They keep filling a prescription for a med I stopped taking about 8 months ago. I have told them numerous times that I am not taking it any more. There is another med they keep duplicating, trying to sell me two of the exact same med-again I have informed them several times and they don't correct the error.
