All Wings locations are marked as having Co Op ATMs that do not charge fees, but the ATM at this location charged me $4 to take cash out. Dishonest.

This location has moved to self-service kiosks, so actually getting help from someone is more difficult, and the operations that are available on the kiosk are clumsy and annoying. I avoid this location as a result. Very poor choice on their part and I won't be going back inside this branch ever again.

Went to chase to open new account after they closed my original one for no reason. They denied me? So I said I’ve always wanted an account with wings financial credit union. I went in and instantly greeted with great help. They sat me down with a banker and within 10 minutes I had an account. Best decision I made, having wings account has been so easy. Everything is so accessible and user friendly on the app, atm, and in the bank. Love my wings account.Thanks you, happy customer

Customer Service is very nice and professional, however the branch closest to my home is not accessible for my wheelchair. I don't have a debit card so I have to go to an accessible branch monthly and purchase gift cards. This is especially difficult because I reside in a skilled nursing facility, and have to use a taxi, etc which frequently are delayed.

Please be aware: This institution is out of cash and appears to be insolvent. I just went here to get a $210 money order and they could not provide that. I then asked for $210 in cash and they said they did not have any cash. The tellers and staff were very stressed out and anxious. I will be removing my money from this bank.

I'm not sure which location tamara Simonson works at but what a headache. I applied weeks ago online to become a member and submitted documents that were requested at the time. Week goes by and I hear nothing. I called either this location or one of the other locations in the metro area and this person is the one I've been communicating with through email.what a nightmare. Again I'm asked for copy of my license or ID which was already submitted online. Then I'm asked for copies current utility bill or somthing with current address. I'm bust with my job so didn't see it right away. What seemed to be almost 5 days. I. Asked why is this needed after I already submitted license online instead of bill and was told by this person you need this or can not approve you. I was bust with work and couldn't get to it that day. I get an email saying I'm denied due to not submitting documents. First off I told tamara I was working. So I submitted current to date utility bill after emailing her and then was told it's not current it has a past due balance . You asked for a bill . Bill was paid in full day prior. At this point its just wasting my time and this is ridiculous. Horrible service . I'm treated better at my current bank.. ridiculous

Wings Financial Credit Union is the best place I’ve ever seen when it comes to customer’s’ service. They are very helpful and reliable when it comes to solving financial issues.

I would give zero stars if I could. The branch in Brooklyn Center is THEE WORST. The staff don't reflect the population so they are racist, rude, and offensive to customers. Also the branch always has long lines and always understaffed. There's a woman who works there who dresses very provocative. Always tight dresses and pants, low cut tops, open toe stilletos even in the winter. Wtf? Stay away from the Brooklyn Center branch. Hopefully this location will close if they don't get enough business. I

Website kicks me off (session Expired) every time I leave Bill Payer to return to do more banking. This has happened for YEARS! So maddening I’ve emailed, I’ve called. They don’t respond. Looking for a new bank, suggestions?
