I rented a security camera from the Roseville store and returned it to this Brooklyn Center store. The staff member said they couldn't find a camera on my account but accepted it and gave me a paper receipt. Turns out the guy at Xfinity in Roseville lied when he told me I could return the equipment at anytime. Now I'm paying a monthly fee for 2 years because it was in the "contract". Why did they accept the return if it's non returnable?1/7/2024 ***Why respond with a link that only takes me back to your chatbot and service reps? I already spent close to an hour trying to resolve the problem while being passed around to 4 "experts"-one who dealt with technical problems even after it was initially known that it was a billing issue? It's impossible to get help from Xfinity unless you're buying something.

Unfortunately my experience here was very frustrating. I stopped in to pick up equipment for my new service and at first I thought everything had gone smoothly. However when I installed the equipment it did not work at all. The connection would be working but would shut off every 15-20 mins. After chatting with multiple customer service agents both via chat and over the phone, we figured out they gave me a modem that was not compatible with my plan. I went in an hour before closing, and they were already locking the doors and very obviously just trying to get people out so they could go home. I understand the struggle of having to work for a living, but I felt that they were so concerned with leaving that they didn't care enough to give me what I needed, and I felt like it is a pretty simple thing to do. Avoid this location if you can.

I went to the store in Brooklyn Center on shingle creek to pick up a new router box for my internet Because my old one couldn't handle the speed that I had, after connecting the box was still having trouble with my internet, I called customer service and realized I was given the wrong gateway box. I went back to the store to get the correct box. the young lady that waited on me wasn't knowledgeable enough to answer my questions however, there was another young (Kapree) that was waiting on another customer but heard the conversation and realized my frustration. She stepped in and completed the transaction. I was so impressed with Kapree. She was very knowledgeable, kind and explained everything in a way I could easily understand. She saved the day and I left very satisfied. Kapree is an asset to that store and a prime example of excellent customer service.

I went in to drop off my old modem/router and needed to tweak my plan. Zac helped me update my plan quickly and efficiently and got me exactly what I needed. There was a second worker, whose name escapes me, that was also very helpful with taking the old modem off my hands. Great service and friendly staff!

Worst store and company ever. None of the employees even try to help with anything. The girl with the glasses and orange shirt literally taunted me and my made fun of my situation treated me like garbage and were of no help at all. Seriously do not go to THIS STORE OR EVEN MESS WITH COMCAST XFINITY AT ALL I'VE BEEN TRYING TO GET A NEW PHONE FROM THEM FOR 2 WEEKS NOW AND THEY LITERALLY HAVEN'T DONE A THING TO HELP AT ALL.

My wife and I came down to drop off equipment we didn't not need and Marvin convinced us to switch to xfinity mobile. He answered any and all questions we had and made sure we understood the process we were going through. He was very patient and he made our experience worth coming back for. I must say the stores cleanliness and professionalism is exceptional here.

Slow service. I went in to pay my bill and had to wait 40 mins for servers. There was. 3 workers helping people and I was next in line but they spent so much time talk aboit none Comcast stuff and watching the tv. They need a pay kiosk.

I would give no stars I am 65 years old and the representative took advantage of me. I want to say be very very careful when talking about plans and package deals. Before you check even one box make sure it is what you want. The representative tells me he can save me money and when your living alone on a fixed income every dollar you spend hurts the pocket book. When they say they can save you money there is a catch in there that will only add on to what your paying now. There always in the right like they can make no mistake. I never once agreed to the package because it was more then what he said. I told him and he apologized and said I forgot to add back in your hbo that is why your bill is the same. I told him I never hit accept and because my internet was down I could not finish. He then put on a recording that read thru everything at the end i was told to hit 1 to accept there was no number 2 to decline I told guy I will not accept. He realized his error and disconnected me. Long story short because he took of hbo the amount was lower when adding it back in the bill was higher more then what I was paying. When another agent came online I asked for the manger she told me I did accept and to read my email. I tried to explain I had no connection and could not hit accept that he put me on a recording and I never hit 1 to accept. But of course there always right and the customer is lying. The only way I could get back what I had was agree to the year package and pay the same amount with a 4.00 dollar discount. Almost the same amount I was paying for the past year and half. Be very careful there are some good representatives there but there are also the ones that only want to advance there selves thru the company regardless of the customer

Sign says they close at 6. Arrived at 5:40, doors are locked, three employees sitting in the lobby on their phones yelling at me that they're closed.

Horrible internet reliability. When trying to contact for service, only get an automated response. Overpriced internet service. Horrible customer service. Dropping them as a provider.Will NEVER do business with them again.

First experience was great, really helpful, made me want to use them as my main source for all Comcast and Xfinity needs. Then I went there a second time. Two customers in the whole store; and I was ignored. I had to declare myself as needing assistance and one employee looked at me as though I just ruined her day. Laid out my issue (I didn't understand why my bill went up) and all the advise she had for me was it went up but your bill went up. After imploring for more information and the reasons why she kept repeating it went up because the bill went up. Fine. What can I do to lower my bill, like change a plan or return the weird tv thing I initially got for free? Well this is your plan and changing it to a lower price will cost you more. What? Said alright and took my leave, but asked for the store phone number and was told it all goes to the automated. Absolutely horrific. I dread having to use this store now; I have to today to return equipment and change my plan despite a lower bill being "more expensive." I work a 9-5 and I understand you may hate your job, but it's your job. If I'm cordial and polite, the least you can do is hide your attitude and understand that no one understands the inner mechanizations of the evil that is Comcast. I do really wish the service improves, I really do.

I've visited 2 stores so far but this one doesn't deserve not even 1 star, worst service. Will never get or make business with this company ever or recommend it
