The delivery people week polite and respectful of our home. They removed our old fridge, gave us time to clean the floor before installing the new fridge.”
“Nice, classy showroom floor. More variety than expected. Small area for kids to play while while parents browse. Went with my husband, who was shopping for a new stove. The gentleman offering to help me was friendly and courteous. Unfortunately, the gentleman helping my husband was less so. Despite being willing to pay for delivery, we were told that we were out of range (at 45 miles), so we wound up not purchasing anything.”
“I have a love/hate thing going on with this Home Depot. This has been my main Home Depot shopping location since 1999--15 years. I have a lot of experience at this place. So my credentials are good. I like the fact that this store is never super busy. So it's easy to get in & out. I also know where almost everything is located. Don't make any Special Orders or get any At Home Services unless you want to get screwed up and screwed over. It's also frequently hard to find someone for customer service. And when you DO find them, they don't know anything. On the other hand, there are a few employees who have been here for over 10 years and that are SUPER knowledgeable. I always try to find these people when I have a question. Of course, these are normal people that take breaks and that have days off--so I can't always find them when I really need them. Overall...good with limitations. Come here for what they do best: Buy what's on the shelves, and don't ask any questions or place any orders unless you want headaches. -Daddy Maxx Retro”
“Travis and his team helped us take down a couple of diseased trees and helped us remove some trees that were just too densely planted. He also helped us trim our remaining trees so that they would be healthier in the years to come. Travis was helpful, professional, and gave us great advice and guidance on how to manage our trees and at a very fair price. I wouldn't hesitate to work with him again.”

I also have a cousin who retired, her daughter who will some day retire from there. This company has been very good to my family. I feel like I grew up here.

“There are two black guys who work the self checkout in the morning time on the weekdays who are super upbeat and friendly every single time I come into this location. Awesome customer service, always quick to be helpful without being overbearing. I should have gotten their names before posting this review, but just wanted to shout them out for their awesome work. I visit Home Depot locations all over the twin cities regularly, and these two fellows consistently provide the best checkout experience by far. Hats off, and promotions deserved!”

“I walked in about 6:45 PM to rent a 20” chainsaw. Brad helped me and told me before I departed with it that I should try and start it with several pulls first without using the choke because the Echo Brand saw seems to start better that way.
He also said if it didn’t start after three pulls then to use the choke for one pull and then back it off and pull again and it should start.
Well, he was right and once the saw started it ran perfectly and with very good power. The chain on the saw was sharp, the fluids were full and I cut up several tree trunks in about 45 minutes and had the chainsaw returned within 1 1/2 hours.

“I want to share a great experience I had today, it’s the least I could do. I came in to pick up an order today and things went so smooth! I have picked up Oder before and normally end up waiting for some time before someone can locate my order. Today, things were different! Upon arrival I was greeted by the most courteous gentleman, Tyrone. Greeted with a huge smile and he looked up my order and told me it would take a few mins for someone to bring up to the front. He was very kind and within minutes my order was in front and Tyrone even helped bring to my car! These days customer service seems to be mediocre, so when we experience someone go above and beyond they should be recognized; thank you, Tyrone.”
“I went to buy a bag of play sand right after they opened on new years day. The employees were friendly and quickly directed me to where I could find the sand. They even offered to get me a cart, since it's kind of a heavy item.”
