I took my car in for a diagnostic after my check engine light came on. I called the same day, dropped it off, and they were able to schedule me for the following day. On Tuesday, they called with the results, ordered the parts, and my car was ready for pickup by Wednesday—super fast turnaround!
Chase worked wonders. The service provided was top-notch from start to finish. I’m not a car person, but Chase answered all of my questions and explained the issue in a way that I could actually understand. I really appreciated the patience and clarity.
Highly recommend their service!

While they did a good job diagnosing and communicating the problem ... they gave me a phone quote of @ $1800 to fix the problem. When asked for a written quote it showed a total of @ $1600 to fix the problem. We were able to get the same work done for @ $1000 at a different repair place. This inconsistency in pricing is a red flag for me. Maybe they do great work, but definitely worth shopping around for better pricing on a more expensive car repair.

I came in for a brake inspection for my older Grand Prix. They were able to give me a good price with a great warranty. They were honest and gave me a digital visual inspection of my vehicle which I’ve never experienced before. It made the experience at victory tire and auto feel very transparent. Chase and Jesse up front were very professional, helpful and courteous. I will definitely be back the next time I need something for my vehicle.

At first I was hesitant over the name change to Victory Tire and Auto but Brett really put my mind at ease! Not only do they have digital inspections again but even more quality care in everything they do. I felt comfortable from the first time walking in talking to Jesse and Chase and then Brett really wowed my entire experience while helping me with my 2015 Nissan Altima that kept losing air in the tires. Consider me no longer concerned over a name change! Thank you Victory Tire and Auto!

Brett, Chase, and Jesse did any amazing job! The process of setting up an appointment, dropping car off, getting inspection report through text, and picking up the car has always been an easy and smooth process. We take both our Jeep and Mazda for car maintenance and repair and we really appreciate their services and convenience. I highly recommend!

I recently had the brakes done on my 2012 F-150, and the service was excellent from start to finish. Chase, the service advisor, was amazing—friendly, knowledgeable, and kept me updated throughout the process. The work was done quickly and at a fair price. My truck drives great now! Highly recommend this shop and especially Chase for top-notch customer service.

Great service, done by great people! I work mainly with Brett and he communicates and gives his honest opinion on what he would do if it were his vehicle. Everyone there is very knowledgeable and will get it fixed the right way. I recommend them to everyone.

I work mostly with Bret but all the guys are straight shooters.. give you the details on what the problem is and tell you the best way to correct it.. don’t try to over sell like a lot of places.. everyone is very friendly too.. great place!
