None of their equipment worked as shown. Just terrible, they clearly don’t care about costumer service. Because VC was not working, I tried their calling station. It gave me a 5minutes of wait time (countdown). I wrongly assumed that I will be connected at the end of that countdown. I was mistaken. It hit 0:00 and then reset back to 5:00!! At that point it was clear that this customer center is for namesake only. Pathetic experience.
