This Walmart always has everything I came there 4, and employees are friendly here. Getting a flu shot or a vaccine at the pharmacy is never a long wait. Also, the police cameras in the parking lot make me feel safe! A+

In comparison to the other Walmarts, this has increased crime, decreased customer service, and unreliable data such as items saying they are in stock online when they are not. Dirty. Also unsafe if at night which is why they have had full-time police on site. The only other Walmart worse was the Brooklyn center one which they closed down in 2023 due to crime. Some employees don't even speak English here. But hey, prices are cheaper than Target. ... Don't let the fake five-star reviews fool you.

I just left the Walmart in Brooklyn Park...what a horrible experience. The store is filthy and the workers are so rude... I know I won't ever go back. First of all the isles were loaded up with things that needed to be put away. I couldn't even get my cart through there. And then the guys pushing the palets would just stop in the middle of the isle and I almost ran into one of them. The don't seem to realize that there are people still shopping. No body cares at that store. When I went through the self checkout, one of the workers was leaning on a rack right next to me and he was on his cellphone (of course). When I was through checking out I noticed that the clothes basket that I bought had a broken handle. That lazy POS didn't even offer to get me a different one. He was much to busy on his cellphone. Of course the customer service dept was closed. I had to wait in line of at least 20 minutes to return the basket. There was only check out open and the line was very long. Finally it was my turn. I asked the cashier if I could return it at the checkout and she said that I had to go to customer service. I said CS isn't open and she looked around and said "oh that lady can help you". I walked over there and asked if I could return the basket. The big fat ugly female looked at me, like I was beneath her, and said " we're closed. You can come back tomorrow". There was another woman there who must have been a manager because she wasn't as stupid and mouthy as the first one. The ugly one told me to just go and get another one...never offered to get it for me though. Too much like exercise! I told her there wasn't an other one. If there was another one, I wouldn't have to return this one. I'm a senior and I have never seen such lazy people with such horrible attitudes. It's a party to them and you don't dare to ask for help. I'm a nurse and if I treated my patients the way that this store treats their customers I wouldn't have a job. They all think they're rocket scientists... I don't think so! I know that nobody cares but I just want to say this... I will never, ever go into that store again. I'm a professional and I feel like I'm in a third world country. I have no desire to shop there. I feel filthy when I come out of that store. Your customer service is absolutely the worst that I've ever encountered!
