Easy to transfer my meds from another Cub here, refills were done quick, they have a DRIVE THRU (BONUS) & no wait at all at 3:30pm on a Monday! Would highly recommend!

Normally I have no issues here. Today my bag was upside down when I pulled it out of the pneumatic chute and it was stapled in such a manner that the sides of the bag did not hold together. My pill bottle and my debit card fell out onto the ground and the only way I could retrieve them was to pull forward, which resulted in the pill bottle being crushed by my tire. Fortunately the pills were unharmed and I received a replacement bottle and lid. Please let this serve as a learning experience for your staff to pay attention and take better care when preparing bags for your customers.

They are always very friendly and helpful and the employees will try and answer any questions you may have, if they don't have an answer they will find someone who does.

It would be nice if you stayed open until 7:00 like you’re supposed to. Locked up tight at 6:58. Cage pulled, drive thru closed, no one in pharmacy.

This pharmacy almost killed me! They refused to give me a couple gabapentin until my next fill ( I dropped a couple into my toilet, honestly ) and I have never tried to fill early. It says right on the paperwork that comes with this medication that you cannot stop it abruptly because you will have a seizure, potentially swallow your tongue and die. I transferred my script to CVS Robbinsdale and they did not hesitate to fill it! I got no apology from Cub Pharmacy, just an arrogant, uncaring and cold attitude. Thanks, hope this review helps, or saves your life.

I love the people at this pharmacy. They have gone out of their way to help me and advocate for me. I have had really bad experiences at other pharmacies so I was a little skeptical at first, but they are always kind and even recognize me now.
