Big Con: Will no longer answer the phone and will not call back, even after several messages. (This is Corporate's fault for staying understaffed and making all calls go to voicemail.)
Pros: Extra star because they are good at keeping my restricted Rx in stock. The people have always been pleasant despite being obviously under staffed.

They never have your medication ready.
They are always slow.
Enough said.

Was told they didn’t have my prescription because they were too busy, then told maybe the drop off window may help. I just left, followed up with the prescriber and they verified they did send it. Trying to call to validate just ends up on hold for almost an hour.
Last several times the drive though was closed and had to go inside.
Service has gone way down hill.

Slowest service I've ever received at a CVS or Walgreens. Store seems smaller than other CVS as well.

Extremely rude pharmacists. My fiance was pregnant with our child (she's had him at the time this is written) they kept insisting and trying to talk her into getting off her medication (which we had discussed her meds with her doctor, and she literally needs them to live). They were extremely persistent and would never listen to us or her doctors, to the point that if I picked up her meds and told them she has to be on them and we've discussed it with her doctor they'd call her RIGHT after. They think they're doctors, but they're not, and have NO right trying to get someone off medications they have been on for years and need to live. Oh, and our son? Born perfectly healthy, since her medications are fine to have while pregnant.

Very rude employees! Never say a hello or greet any customers! Esp cashier name Lachanta. She seems pissed that you shopped at CVS. IF you cant handle customers maybe you shouldnt be a cashier. You are the front people, and the first customers sees, you should be friendly. And the store manager Kelly was being the same as the cashier. Rude and careless of customers. Its ok already filed a complaint with CVS headquarters.

The store has what every other CVS store has (thus 2-star rating). But your employees seem to be lazy, underpaid people, with no sense of pride. Come on! I couldn't get passport photos done because your drop screen is actually missing entirely. My personal photos weren't even processed from my online request, until I asked for them in-person; and their quality is terrible! Do you even check your photo machines for cleanliness, operational quality, or ink levels? Your Pharmacy has friendlier employees, but when my medication is ordered hours in advance, I shouldn't have to wait that long in the store to pick it up! You should feel lucky that a Walgreens isn't across the street from you (it's down the road actually) otherwise you'd go belly-up from the lack of quality service you should be providing your customers.
