Nov, 10, 24, 4pm HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, EMPLOYEES ONLY SEEMED BOTHERED BY ME BEING THERE. ANY OTHER PHARMACY WOULD BE BETTER. THESE FOLKS DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU.
Came in for a walk in flu shot, employee repeatedly asked me a question, only to cut me off and ask me to repeat myself. Also asked me if I had been to a cvs before, after explaining I had not, she went on to ask me twice more saying she doubted what I was saying. Only after verifying my info stating well I guess you have not. Correct, I had not but still had to sit through being told I was lying, getting lots of attitude, for no reason. Like I said these folks DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU, anywhere else will provide better kare. I'm most surprised they are even open with how poor their service is.

Whoever hung up after sitting on the phone for 20 mins was rude ass hell!! The was trying to get clarification on a prescription. Would never fill here again! Didn’t catch her name but she sounded older. Word of advice don’t work in customer service if you can’t take the fast pace environment especially around people who could potentially be picking up end of life meds.

We've been using this pharmacy for two years. Each time, we've had friendly service and it's been easy to ask questions and get help. Last week I had trouble accessing my new insurance info for prescriptions and couldn't place a refill. The pharmacist called me ten minutes after I left the store to say she'd done some digging and located my new account. I was able to get the prescription refilled right away. Thank you!

Why is CVS not answering their phone. I have called for three days and all I get is music and no one picks up the phone to talk to a pharmacist. I cannot get my refill without talking to the pharmacist.

Called to see if my prescription transferred after finally finding one with the medications in stock. The woman was extremely rude, sounded extremely confused about anything including her own computers, and eventually told me that no, they actually don't have them after checking her computer again. She then proceeded to inform me, I should have called the pharmacist first to ask, which I did, after I had a different pharmacy check their internal inventory for their stores. I've been trying since 11/29/23 to get this prescription filled. She proceeded to become extremely irritable after I pointed out I did call or I wouldn't have had the doctor move the prescription. Worst customer service ever.

CVS Pharmacy in Target of West Broadway in Brooklyn Park.I've tried to call there to ask about my CVS eyedrops that had been recalled two days in a row and no one answered. I went there in person and there was only one person working. The phone was ringing and she was too busy to answer. There was five people in line and the line wasn't moving. I walked out for the third time unable to get a simply question answered. This pharmacy seems always understaffed. When I came home, I tried to call the CVS corporate headquarters to complain. I was on the phone for 30 minutes on a recording and no one ever answered. CVS is the pits! I am moving my prescriptions to Walgreens. They always seem to have plenty of staff available. I should have stayed there to begin with.

Says they offer walk-ins for flu shots, but when you do, they say “we cannot do that walk-ins at this time”, then when you point out the fact that their website says otherwise, and they have a sign that says they offer walk-ins your told “I don’t know, just call ahead next time.” Very frustrating as I took time off work to be here, and after standing in line only to be told this??? Just frustrating.

Every single time I get a prescription filled at this pharmacy, and every time, without a doubt there is a problem on their end. Waste of time and good luck trying to get a hold of them. You’ll be on hold for 45 minutes.

Horrible customer service. Got told off for “waiting until the medication is finished” to order refills when I have multiple important medications to refill and I try to get them filled all at once so as to not go make multiple trips to target to pick up at separate times.....but when I try to order them when I have about 3 days worth left, it’s TOO EARLY. It’s not like this pharmacy bothers to send out notifications for meds ready for refills or bothers to call when my auto refills are ready. I just need my prescriptions refilled, that’s what a pharmacy does. The pharmacist here needs to learn how to hold her tongue. I am aware the pharmacy is always busy but I would like to receive my prescriptions from this pharmacy without an attitude. I have been with this pharmacy for years and the service has really declined since it became CVS. Poor customer service skills is probably one of many issues here. Will have to find a new pharmacy.
