“I received a text from Matt that he had a delivery for me, that it was too cold to leave it outside. I was a few minutes from home and when I got there, he had the arrangement for me. They were a gift from my coworkers the day after I had to put my dog down. I was very emotional when I received them, and Matt was so kind and caring even though I was a blubbering mess. He asked about my dog and said that he must have been a really good boy. I was truly touched by the kindness that Matt from Spruce Floral showed me and it made my day to have this beautiful arrangement show up.”

I couldn’t get enough of the adorable winter sleeves on the cacti and succulents – such a charming detail. The handmade pottery and felt baskets were equally irresistible. The staff was incredibly warm and accommodating, making the whole experience even better. I could’ve easily spent all day there, but eventually, I had to leave with a plant in each hand!”

“This is my go to store for whatever whenever I need. Today I stopped by after work to get gas and a few things in the store. I gathered things that I needed then got to self check-out line, comes a middle age white woman with a cart full of stuffs, she was seriously saying she was in line before me, I was shocked to see such a human existing on earth. At the same time there were 4 people in front of me but no one said a word though people are embarrassed by it. I told her go ahead and God bless you. People looked at me like "are you f..ing serious". I didn't want to argue with her. And, the next thing was she saw a woman with one item in line waiting behind me and two other person. She spoke to me that she will let that woman in front of her without asking anyone else. The woman said it's OK but then she went anyway.Do I have to say that I was the only Asian on the line to be treated by this sick person.. it sure seem that way! I hope she doesn't run into a wrong person someday.”

I had been looking for a place to get flowers from for my 13 year old girly, Xanadu, that I said goodbye to a little over a month ago. I had seen reviews about the shop kitties and knew if anyone was going to understand wanting to give flowers to my kitty that it would be fellow cat lovers. I didn't catch the name of the gal working that day, but thank you for being so sweet and understanding. You, along with Tooth and Taco, made a hard time in my life a little easier. “Yes & No: The Customers are very friendly there & The Cub Employees are very nice & they know where their products are in the aisles! I always know where everything is in that store! ?❤ I used to love My Old Cub Store when I used to live down the street from there but, I moved away! But, I was there at this store last week & I noticed the old floors & I didn't like what I saw & I felt that store isn't as nice as I like it when I shopped a long time ago! I asked 1 of the employees if this store is going to be remodeled like the other stores & she didn't know! I told her that some stores have Caramel Corn in the new remodeled stores or something like that! Overall-This store is very dingy & has dirty old floors w/cracks in it! I feel that I won't be coming back-sorry! But, I felt kinda sad that this Nathan Lane Cub isn't like I remembered! Are they going to remodel this Cub Foods-God-I hope so!! It's not bright in this store & I don't feel happy here anymore! ?”

They took care of everything and the floral arrangement sent was picture perfect. I think it's important to find local florists for these sort of things - and I absolutely found the right place. Customer service including follow up was perfect. Highly recommend.”
