I was there today trying to return a product. The female associate who was working there would not allow me to return the product, but she told me I can only exchange the product. She also stated you can return the product where it is was originally bought from. On the back on the receipt, it says you can return the product at any GNC store. I also called the GNC customer service hot line number and stated to bring the product back to any GNC store. The female associate was upselling GNC products and also recommended me to buy GNC products instead other brands. This female associate was trying to upsell and trying to earn my commission. Screw this sales associate. I am not going to support her business.

Have been going to this GNC for years now! Matt & Nicole are amazing and will help out with any questions or concerns you have. They also bring in great product that most other stores do not have! The FREE InBodys are amazing when tracking my progress as well! This GNC is the best one in my opinion and I’ve been to 100s!

Any person in the twin cities looking for a gnc with a stocked inventory and staff who are knowledgeable of the products, this is the one I have been a regular whenever coming home to minnesota and this will always be a stop in town they also ship to you when you just can’t seem to find that one product this store is the best of the best.
