If I could give Griffis 50 stars I would. I was amazed at the quality of the cleaning- specifically the spots that are easy to overlook. The seat shampooing really works too. My car looked brand new. I got all that for a great price. And if that wasn't enough, the owner gave me a ride home after I dropped off my car! I can't believe the customer service experience. I brought my truck in here with a list of things that needed to be done. Front shocks, rear leaf spring shackle and a radiator. Their mechanic Chris did a great job handling these not so simple tasks (rust belt related). Although they put a used radiator in my truck which failed the next day, they still replaced it without charging me. I wouod say they are Honest and very competitive with pricing! I'm not going anywhere else.

We went grouse hunting on very narrow trails far off the north end of the Gunflint Trail. My pickup got very scratched up from trees and bushes and I didn't think there was any way to get my pickup looking nice again because there were so many deep scratches.I was blown away by the work they did, and my pickup looks like new again! Super impressive, great customer service and very good value.Highly recommended, and they're doing a great job of giving back to the community by training the next generation of automotive techs. A friend of mine raved about the quality work done at Griffis, so when I needed some brake work done I decided to give them a try.They did an outstanding job. I would highly recommend them and I will be back whenever my vehicle needs service or just an oil change.I am fairly ignorant about vehicle repair, and Jerry did a great job explaining what service work needed to be performed. He is honest, professional, and personable and a pleasure to do business with.Jerry and his crew did a thorough job (I have a diagnostic light on that was unable to be resolved at a different repair shop), but did not tack on unnecessary additional services.I am incredibly pleased with the excellent job, performed at a more than fair rate.Services: Check engine light diagnostic

Absolutely awesome experience. I brought an older SUV here for interior detailing work. Jerry was very helpful, and his team did an outstanding job. That vehicle hasn't been that nice in many years. Great work, easy to work with, done on time, and incredible quality. 10/10 would take vehicles here again.

Great place. We took an older SUV in for detailing. Jerry was very professional and helpful. The work was done on-time and precisely according to the quote. The quality of the detailing was incredible, and they earned our future business. We were there for interior detailing, but based on what we experienced for service, timeliness, and professionalism, I wouldn't hesitate to bring our other vehicles in for repairs and service. Great add to the community, we love it!
