My daughter just got back from getting the length of ger hair shaped and cut...also her bangs. The stylist had other customers so it seemed like she was rushing the cut. My daughter is Hmong, with speaking her native language secondary to english, couldn't communicate well enough, in either, to the Hmong stylist. After all was said and done, her hair was not "v" shaped in the back (they cut it rounded off), like she asked, and the bangs were cut in a straight line horizontally and not angled like it was when we came in (or what we asked for). This was supposed to be an easy haircut. We'll chalk it up to miscommunication to be nice, but the job done was not clean cut. Jagged edges in back and in the bangs. We highly recommend you go somewhere else to get your hair cut if you looking in the Brooklyn areas.
