Come in, wait 30 minutes to get to the teller, I ask Teller can I open the Checking Account. The teller told me that I need to make the appointment. Are you serious? Unfriendly service and inconvenient not having an ATM inside … I had to go back to my car around to the drive thru to take cash from my other card out and then back to the teller inside to have a that “personal”experience I prefer unfortunately it they weren’t friendly so it was just all around a pretty terrible... read full comment

DO NOT BANK HERE GO ANYWHERE ELSE. they turned off my card TWICE for paying for Spotify for “fraud” and wouldn’t turn it back on when I called. I ordered a new card 12 DAYS AGO and when I called they said it never shipped and couldn’t do anything. No other bank has ever been this bad. Put your money anywhere else.
