this is a very good store and i really like going to this place but until today around 10pm we went to buy pizza. while waiting we played the lottery and got lucky and we won and wanted to play again. while we were waiting in line (about 5-10 minutes) it was my turn and the cashier seemed busy and not very friendly to us when we wanted to exchange the lottery ticket. she said “can you move aside so we can help the person behind” and “lottery ticket is not that important”. we were in line like everyone else why didn’t she help us and treat it like it was not important. i was really sad and felt like i was not being treated as a customer. i know the food here is delicious and everyone is very nice until today but i don’t like that woman. and this is probably the last time i come to this place.

The hospitality of kwik trip as a whole has gone down. This is just another gas station that sells overpriced lunch meat in store. 2 years ago, I could walk out not paying for a big gulp fountain drink on a hot night. But now they give you a hard time over 4 oz of ice.

I’ve been at your station many times. The gas prices that you post on Upside App. are inaccurate. Your actual prices are a lot higher than it says they are on the app, so I end up paying more for my gas when I could have gone somewhere else to get a better deal
