I highly do not recommend Lupient Kia Brooklyn Park due to potentially charging more for hours they are not working and incorrect quotes. I have a front sensor that was damaged and needed to be replaced. They said it would take 5-6 hours as the front bumper needed to be removed. It took an auto body shop 40 minutes to remove the bumper and replace the sensor (6 clips on top, 3 by the front wheel, 2 screws, and 6 10mm bolts on the bottom).
I visited Lupient Kia Brooklyn Park and asked to speak to the Service department to get a quote on sensor calibration. At the front desk, a lady (not the receptionist), asked what I needed to get done and then quoted be a flat rate of $199 instead of directing me to the Service department. When I arrived for my appointment, they said it will cost $588 as their hourly rate is $210 and the job will take 2.8 hours. They admitted that I was given the wrong price, gave me a snarky attitude, and didn’t care if I left. I have no problem paying this, but I refuse to give my business who places fault at the customer and takes advantage of them.
