My experience with the service department was so low that I wouldn't reccomend anyone visit. Voicemails left and calls not returned for weeks. When you can get ahold of anyone it takes multiple days to get response to simple questions. It takes multiple days for them to place orders for in-stock parts. After three months of my vehicle being there it hardly felt like I was a priority to get repairs done. Upon receiving my repaired vehicle it was missing parts which I had to order and replace myself.Parent Luther organization knows all these issues and instead of addressing poor service they choose to ignore and put me on a "do not call list".Stay away.

Walked in to order a new Wrangler and was handed off to a salesperson that has never ordered a vehicle before and seemed pretty clueless to the whole process. Brought up the dealers website to show me other Wranglers they had on the lot (literally what I did myself before I walked in). Pretty much a waste of time. Luckily the person I inquired about a different Wrangler XE online got back to me after she got back from vacation and we sat down and we built a Wrangler XE. Due to the UAW strike there were doubts on how long it would be to get the order. She was able to find the exact Wrangler XE I wanted coming into another dealership. A week and a half later I came to trade my Jeep in and buy the new one. In and out in 1.5 hours. I signed all the financing paperwork in the service waiting area which was strange because there were other people around. The gas tank was full but the hybrid battery was completely drained. Got it home and after looking at the vehicle a little closer I found the hard top looked to be repaired in one spot with glue. There were also several spots where it looked like it was damaged in transit to the factory. There was also a spot on the outside where the paint was peeling off.I went back in less then a week later for one more signature that got missed and showed them the top. They looked at it and agreed and promised they would make it right with a new top. Over a month later and I never heard from them. After inquiring about it I was told they would just repair it at their body shop. The top is textured and I requested a replacement top and was promised they would order me one. 5 weeks after that, I had not heard from them and I once again inquired about the new top and am being told since Jeep wont replace it they will just send it to the body shop. This is unacceptable for buying a new vehicle.Overall besides the sales woman finding me the Wrangler XE, I have been thoroughly disappointed with this dealership. All they gave me was a damaged Wrangler and empty promises and no follow ups. Just a bunch of run-arounds.

Tanner and the Friday service team were incredible.Great with communication on a mom’s ‘open’ to immediate need of vehicle schedule!Oops- I entered the employee way and still was able to manage solo.Whoop!!!Thanks Jeep!!!

Bought a 2022 jeep grand Cherokee L. The process was so simple. Cameron, Mike and Scott were all very helpful! Cameron was not pushy and was very helpful. This process consisted of myself, my wife and 3 children under 4. They were all very accommodating and the lounge is very family friendly. I have never had such a laid back relaxing car purchase experience! I would 10/10 recommend using this dealership or at least give them a shot. Ask for Cameron if you’d like to experience the same results. Honestly still surprised with the fact that everything went so smooth with previous experiences elsewhere. Thank you for having such great employees and a fantastic team from sales to finance!

Honestly the most dishonest car dealership I have ever worked with. From outrageous service estimates($4000 there but a $150 fix down the road) to being forgotten about when closing to being told I would have a rental car big enough for my three car seats and then showing up with my children and not even having any rental vehicles available at all when coming in for warranty work. And completely minor compared the rest but their coffee machine is broken as I sit here with my children.I completely regret purchasing my vehicle from them and will never choose to have my van serviced here or buy another vehicle from them ever. And would never recommend anyone use them for purchasing or service.

I have never in my life experienced such an awful sales rep until I met David (Dave) Biren. He seemed very inexperienced, pressuring and down right lied about me receiving a refund for a deposit I put down to place a vehicle on hold. I asked SEVERAL times about my deposit and he expressed that it would be automatically refunded back to my card. I even spoke to another person in the finance department and he ALSO reassured me that my deposit would be refunded and even asked for my card info to process the refund. After avoiding my calls all week and speaking with other people in the department, 3 days later, I was told that my deposit was actually processed as a down payment and in order to get it back, I would have to re-submit all of the paperwork through my bank and have the amount added to the length of my loan. Not only this, I explained to Dave that I was already pre-approved through my bank and he tried to persuade me into re-applying and running my credit for a second time, claiming that my bank was not eligible as a lender. Of course this was not true and someone else in the finance department reassured me that I would not need to re-apply and that all I needed to do was submit a Buyers Order to my bank. By the end of the sale, I spoke to 4 different people that gave me different information and most of it was clearing up the misinformation that Dave provided. Highly disappointed but I absolutely love my truck.***Review Edit- a representative reached out and was able to resolve this issue professionally and quickly to my satisfaction. For this, I give them 4 stars instead of 1. Thank you for the rapid response!

The service here has become worse each time I’m here. They rarely if ever answer the phone in the service department. They no longer have a cashier to pay for their service. You now have to download an app to pay. Hassle! No thank you. I purchased my Wrangler here, but regret it. The vehicle is great, but the dealership has lost my next purchase.

Sooooo very disappointed in their ability to return a call or answer the phone. We absolutely LOVE our Grand Cherokee Summit Reserve that we bought from Chris Brown- everything has been down hill from then. I have called repeatedly and either they don’t call me back or they tell me they will get the right technician to call me back and again no response. The fan will not go down to the lowest setting. We just dropped it off for an entire day to get an oil change and to get two recalls fixed and the fan. It worked fine when we picked it up- the next day same issue. No one will call me back. So ridiculous- we will be buying a second vehicle- love this one but HORRIBLE SERVICE

Super disappointed in my last interaction with the service department. I've been taking my cars there for the last 4 years for service. This last time they diagnosed the problem I was having with my vehicle but wouldn't own up to it being caused by their actions. They altered the diagnostic video then claimed I lied. Service department has gone down hill here. It's sad that these dealerships talk up their vehicles so much when you purchase but can't support the repairs. And they don't care because I'm just one little needle in their haystack. So sad. By the way, I have 4 vehicles.

I had some issues with getting parts that I negotiated with my car deal. After 6 weeks and my original salesperson dropping the ball repeatedly with minimal communication I escalated to management. I then was put in contact with Mike Felix. Mike was great with communicating and keeping me posted as to what was going on even on his day off. I finally got my 2nd key 2 months later thanks to Mike!

The jury is still out on my full review. My 9:45 am appt was set up to have an electrical issue (travel trailer towing lights not working) resolved on 2022 Ram 1500. After 2 1/2 hrs of having vehicle in shop, it was stated that the problem lies with the trailer and not the truck. When I talked with the technician working on the vehicle and explained exactly what happened, he took it back in the shop for an additional hr and found the problem. I was informed that it could take a couple hrs too a couple of days to resolve so I was taken home by shuttle van at 1:30pm. The next day "Friday", I called shortly after 1pm to get an update on vehicle and was forwarded to voice mail for the service counselor, Tanner. When I did not hear back from Tanner, I went to dealership to inquire about the status. I was informed that Technician was working with the experts but a solution has not been found yet. I decided to take my vehicle home for the weekend and counselor stated he will contact me once the expert let them know the next step to take in resolving the problem - stay tuned.

I have a new Durango, and I'm VERY happy with Tanner and Jenna in the service department!!! They both go above and beyond to help!! Their both extremely knowledgeable, very polite, and are BOTH Fantastic at their job!!! They listen to everything I had going on, took care of all my issue. Had contact with me through out the morning with what was going on with my Durango. They took wonderful care of my Durango the entire time it was there!!! I would recommend Luther in- B. P. 100% especially the service department, if you need or want a car or need ANY service typework done, go to BEST dealership in MN. Go here- Luther!!!

The service department is hit or miss. I had a bolt broken on an exhaust flange, which they quoted 1600 dollars saying I would just need to replace the muffler. I thought that was quite strange when you could just take the broken bolt out. I went to a local shop down the road and they did a perfect job for $175, using parts I got from the Ram parts counter.Now, onto the Ram issue that has still not been addressed by Ram and should have a class action lawsuit opened up.My exhaust manifold bolts are broken on my truck (just like every other ram owner). The dealership is saying it will take months to get my truck in for service as they can’t order bolts and a gasket when needed and that they can only order 1 set of parts for a single customer every 7 days. This is absolutely unacceptable.I’ve been a Ram owner since 2009 and for the first time I am completely ashamed of Ram. No reason my 2019 is having these issues and they can’t be resolved in a normal fashion. This is beyond normal wear and tear.Edit: to the response commenter: need a contact so I don’t have to jump through hoops to contact whoever wants me to contact them.
