Administration does nothing about the bullying problem, and is probably the most LGBTQ unfriendly school I've ever attended. You cannot claim to be a Christian school, while showing so much hatred to your neighbor. Shame.

We couldn’t be more thankful for Maranatha Christian Academy. When the pandemic started the school adapted on line classes immediately, but the best part was that our kids schedule didn’t change, the teachers expected the kids to be present and participating during their class. This weeks the school opened the doors and our family is going back into our regular routines. Some families decided to keep their kids at home and the school was able to provide them with that option. When we were looking at schools, it was important to us that the school we picked promoted biblical values, great academics and accountability from the kids to the teachers. Other important factors were newest technology and some sort of cultural diversity, we were able to check all those boxes here at MCA. We love everyone in the building, from the teachers, head of school to the cleaning crew, everyone is committed to create a positive environment for the students.Highly recommend the school.

I am overjoyed that my son Jackson is in his 4th year as a Maranatha Christian Academy student. The support that he, and I as a parent, have received from this fine school has provided him an extraordinary learning experience. The attention, concern & care given the student is what providing an education should be about. Maranatha maintains the highest standard of education not only for it’s students, but clearly has high expectations of it’s faculty and staff. Students are encouraged to work hard, to be their best, and in the process, nurtured through by an amazing team of educators. I have to thank Maranatha Christian Academy for preparing the way to welcome back students this school year with deliberate support, safety & care, diligently demonstrated with new & ongoing procedures, (especially in light of Covid-19 safety guidelines). As a parent I couldn’t be happier, and so grateful, that my son & I are part of the Maranatha Christian Academy MN family.

Maranatha is an amazing place to have my 2 kids. We transferred to MCA 3 years ago and it was the best decision we have made with our kids’ schooling. The comparison from the private school we came from to MCA was night and day! The administration and teachers are amazing and always go the extra mile for the students. We highly recommend this school for MANY reasons!

Love the school, the amazing staff and the vision that the school leadership has for the students. The school is not following the "old school" model and is shifting its teaching to what fits today's crazy, ever changing world! I wish I could give it 10 stars!

MCA is amazing on every level! We have had our two students at the school for 10 years and could not be happier. The teachers and staff are not only incredibly talented, they care about every aspect of our students' lives. MCA has an incredible balance of rigorous academics, spiritual development, dynamic fine arts, robotics and a great athletics program. We are beyond blessed to be a part of the MCA family!

i went to this school after my grades were slipping. i thought this would help with my grades, self esteem etc... but it didn’t, i became severely depressed due to the lack of fun and the lack of genuine people. after two years, i decided to transfer to maple grove senior high. that was the best decision of my life. the teachers were more caring, the people were so friendly, the whole education program was just better. i became included in the school and actually wa happy for once in my life. maranatha was just so hard for me to make friends at and i couldn’t connect with any of the curriculum.

Great school. Mr. Sullivan greeted us every morning with a smile and the teachers truly cared for our children. A move to another state forced us to leave MCA, but would highly recommend.
