Even though my appt was at 4 they couldn’t find me. After working my name and giving them my phone number at least 3 times, the lip smacking, buffalo sauce fingers, Popeyes chicken eating at her desk lady finally found me in the system. After 10 minutes she realized she added an “a” in my name. Not off to a great start. While waiting for my car the lady upfront ripped ass so loud I actually jumped a bit in the other room. I mean the shop door is literally 6’ away and it’s not like this earthquake of a gas pocket snuck up on you. Just walk out to the shop next time. Also if you can’t remember the answers to the questions you have asked for the 3rd,4th, and 5th time maybe write them down so we don’t have to repeat ourselves so many times
The car was brought in very quickly and didn’t take that long at all. I was pleasantly surprised when they said it was done. I paid the bill, which imo was very cheaply priced! To say the least this put a smile in my face. I did stand outside for 5 minutes before my car came out. The oil life % wasn’t reset and I couldn’t figure out how to do it myself even with 3 YouTube videos.
