I’ve been going there for months and just realize how bad their machine is scratching my car on both sides,I filled a report and when I came to talk to Jason the manager he denied that I wasn’t their machine while the scratches is clear and could only be done by the their machines .And the manager is offering a free month wash as value customer said the manager which I declined.

Our family has been on monthly contracts with Mr Carwash for over 15 years. We've always been satisfied. Started this location when it opened. Good at first, lately problems with white chemicals spotting the cars which did come off with re-wash. Last week, something on the side brushes chipped and scratched the glass on the driver's mirror when it reversed. Mirror was fine at entry, found chip about 10 minutes later. Replacement is $642. Management accepted no responsibility......Owner responded with suggestion I contact "care Team" After conversation with area manager, needed repair was authorized.

This place is pretty cool. Free vacuums and unlimited wash plans. Super friendly staff that often wave to greet you!

Paid $20 for the platinum and left wishing I had just gone through a gas station wash. The platinum explicitly brags about wheel shine and my wheels are still covered in dirt. Bugs all over the front of my car. Employees were pretty nice but nobody was quality checking as I left.

Good car wash. Decent drying. Unlimited self use vacuums with trash cans. Clean parking lot.

Wow excellent car wash. Vacuums are terrific, very strong. Also they have air guns at vacuums to dry out the crevices. Very clean and tidy operation. Thanks!

Always quick, several vacuum stations and staff are very friendly. I was rear ended by someone there and Mister Car Wash staff were thorough and handled their investigation timely.

This place got the outside of my car all soaking wet and full of soap. Then they just blew me off. Oh wait, that’s what they do. They do it great by the way.

Best car wash in town. Their brushes have been so friendly to my cars. At least for the Zane location.
