That store has serious issues with staffings, poor cleanliness of the store especially the parking lot and the entrance areas. I got home and realized that the cashier scanned same product 3 times so overcharged twice. Called the store, no answer.

I hate the deli hot food. Went in to get 2 orders of 16 pieces of fried chicken. They told me I have to call to get that many pieces. Will I said where is the sign that says I have to call to order that much. When everyday people come in and buy 30 pieces off the tray. Then the guy was so RUDE and skip me to the next person. He got ugly eye brows too. Pissed! Never coming here again!!

I like this store's location and cleanliness. It is close and convenient to home. My issue is with the stocking of 6-pack Pepsi products during sales. I am unable to purchase any Caffeine free Diet Pepsi in 6-pack bottles and have to drive to another Cub to find what I need. Why can't this store stock enough to get through the week?

Cub Foods as a whole chain used to be the good stores to shop at, but not anymore. There's no service, no friendliness and no convenience anymore-especially at this Brooklyn Park store off Colorado Ln. They used to provide some services like making change for dollars and post office stuff, but now they just sell produce that goes bad in a day and cheap bakery that molds quickly. When I asked to get 4 quarters for a dollar, I was told "We don't sell our change." How convenient. HyVee down the road "sold me their change", and overall they were far more service and convenience oriented! No wonder they're kicking Cub's a**, and I hope they continue to do so! HyVee had the same or better prices for the same or similar products, better selection, better coupon deals, healthier produce that lasted longer in my fridge, AND they provide lots of other services to boot! Cub just sux now, and I won't be shopping there again if I can help it. I hope all the Cubs get taken over by HyVee and the idea of service is brought back to the stores!

Stopped by to buy some Ferrero chocolate. Two young men jump in to help me and guide me. After purchasing the chocolate and some Old Dutch salsa and cheese dips and corn nachos, I went through almost eight self pay machines! So many of those!!! Good for customers. The parking did not look too big nor too busy. The store itself did look clean and organized. Easily accessible and visible as you exit the highway.
