horrible service. went in 10 min early prior to my appt and was sitting for a good 30 minutes until i left. as i was sitting there, the lady was helping the same customer for what felt like forever and didn’t even let us customers who were waiting know any updates.

You walk in and it’s an absolute mess, it’s 110 degree inside, and then they say the fingerprinting system is down. Overheard them asking tech support if it could be from over heating. Very unprofessional location and should lose their contract with the fingerprinting service.

Only giving 1 star, BECAUSE IT IS REQUIRED, in order for me to leave this review. Otherwise, they deserve a ZERO!! Terrible business with an even more terrible staff. I went to this location to have my finger prints taken, and actually arrived 10 min early. My app was at 6:50pm, they close at 7:00pm. They told me to sit while they helped another customer, who during their interaction was missing a crucial piece of her documentation. They allowed her to wait on her husband to arrive while repeatedly telling her we close at 7:00pm. Neither of them told me anything during this time, so I thought I was still going to be taken care of. However finally at 7:17pm! They asked me to bring my ID over so they could find me. Then, proceeded to tell me that because it was past 7:00pm they could only see the appointments for tomorrow and I would have to come back then. They did not offer to schedule a new appointment for tomorrow, basically just said “get out we’re closed, not really sorry, come back tomorrow.” I asked why they did not tell me that my appointment was going to disappear at 7:00pm (I refuse to believe they were unaware of this fact), the guy didn’t really have an answer, just sort of ignored my question. Then, I asked why he did not take care of me while that women was waiting for her husband and ignored my question again. NEVER GOING BACK THERE, NEVER RECOMMENDING THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE! In fact whomever owns this location should be concerned and appalled by its current employees behavior and work ethic. I see there are several 1 star reviews with hollow replies of “thank you we’ll look into this”. So, I’m sure my review will be just another one added to the pile.

Believe the reviews. I wish I had looked at the reviews before I made an appointment to get my finger prints done here for work. I made an appointment and showed up but the store was closed despite the hours posted that they are open on the door and online. Do not waste your time coming to this location. They do not operate according to the hours posted only on their own time. Disappointed with the lack of communication and service.

I had an 11:50 AM appointment today (Saturday), showed up a few minutes early and was surprised to find the store with lights off and door locked. The hours posted on Google and on the store door said 9 am- 2 pm. I waited to see if anyone would show up as I had come to this particular location because M-F their hours for fingerprinting are during my usual work hours. I tried calling multiple times. No answer. 45 minutes later I left wondering what that was all about. We live in a day and age where communication/technology are just a click or phone call away. I am uncertain what was going on here but if you want to stay in business you really need to honor your work hours and appointments (there were also at least 3 other customers that showed up during that time that were scratching their heads wondering what was going on). It is now the end of the day, no phone call, follow up, or apology has happened. It puts the customer in a very awkward position. Unprofessional customer service.

Horrible business! They literally have notary public advertised on their window and they don’t know what a notary is. Don’t waste your time going there. Response to owner: He didn’t explain anything! He clearly said he didn’t know what’s notary public was. I had to tell him what is was!

If I could give this business a 0 I would. So unprofessional, and I am still not sure why advertise and sign to provide services you don’t even know how to manage. I walked here at 3:05 for a 3:10 appt and the person was telling me you are too early I should wait, so I did. It’s hot in there no AC so went to my car. Came back and they decided they wanted to proof that I had an appt at that time, but requested a few minutes to finish what he was doing. Came back at 3:20 and he was on the identogo machine doing probably a whole lot of nothing. There was 2 people in there waiting for the same service but God knows how long they had waited. So I asked how long more, and was told they are waiting on the manager to call back to tell them how to operate the machine. I was like, why couldn’t you just say that and not waste my time. Will definitely not return and now that I see the reviews, they clearly don’t know how to operate a business. I have done this at the NewHope Location and will definitely return there. Just shut down the service if you don’t have someone trained to provide it. Couldn’t be more annoyed wasted my work time and drive and now have to reschedule.

Severely understaffed. No queue or triage system. There are 10 customers here right now packed into the main room shoulder to shoulder, no ac either. Horrible experience. Never come here if given the option.

DO NOT SCHEDULE FIELDPRINT FINGERPRINTS HERE! Had an appointment scheduled at 1:30 when I arrived there was a number of people ahead of me, turns out that 3 other people had the same 1:30 appointment I did. Waited for 30 minutes only to be told by the employee that he didn't have the password to log on to the Fieldprint and that I would have to comeback at a later time when someone who could operate was there. Terrible, they do not keep track of their scheduling GO ELSEWHERE
