I was very impressed on how helpful Jenny was , with a great smile and attitude made me feel very welcomed!
Unfortunately when I stop by on the following Saturday the lady that was in your office was the total opposite not very helpful would not listen to my concerns and was constantly complaining about having to be there n having to go to another storage facility to continue working...At one point I asked her if you guys were short staffed n she said of course but they don't pay but $16.00 an hour so we can't get anyone to apply ...
I left there a bit disappointed because she also said the police were there all the time, making me wonder if my belongings were even safe there.
I asked Jenny about that and she reassured me I had nothing to worry about....

Paul was able to troubleshoot my problems with renting a storage unit. He was so kind and patient with answering all my questions. Him and his wife also gave me good advice on covering the lock with a bag during the winter months, which I didn't even think about. Super kind and knowledgeable couple. Highly recommend renting a storage unit here. Thanks, Paul.
